I believe choices are what we make as humans, especially once we are at the age of adulthood since as children and teenagers we will still be under the care of our parents who tries to do their best for us in decision making. So definitely, there will come a time when we needs to figure out things on our own.

And making decisions over things sometimes comes with what lifestyle do we want to incorporate, what do we want be in the future, what course of study 📚 do we want to achieve that will bring a brighter future for us and other decisions we make in every stages of our lives because it appears life is full of one responsibility or the other.

And in this week’s #indiaunited prompt, its all about choice to choose between living a single life or being in a relationship. A one question I see as very unique because it gas to do with what lifestyle do one chose live with as life progresses since everything in life comes with a price even while we are making choices.

I do not see living single as a choice I will ever make in life , especially if am at the stage I needed to be in a relationship with some to love and care for while receiving the same from my parter. Living single I feel is a stage in life where one is still very young and wants to enjoy all the good things that singleness brings. I mean, like during my spinster years where I hang out with friends, go to parties 🎉 🥳🎈every weekend, the beach 🏖 other weekends and can even take a trip with group of friends. This certainly is a lifestyle one enjoys before going into a relationship that can sometimes ends into being a couple.

I grew up in a loving home where love ❤️ and caring for one another is the seed to happiness. And I saw what being in a relationship means between my parents, especially in times of circumstances that can be handled by two people putting their heads together to bring solutions through discussion and decision making. So I have always believed in a relationship where I have someone to care for or a family I look up to when am overwhelmed with issues of life.

Life is designed in a way that we will always need someone to be with, and not just our immediate family or siblings, but someone to always share our inner fillings with. And it does not matter if it is marriage, relationship, companionship or couples. What matters most is that you are happy 😃 with life and the kind of relationship we are in, because many kind of relationships are in trouble today because of lack of understanding and agreement that is supposed to bring peace of mind.

I see being single as a stage in life where one has the chance and time to appropriately plan for their future, knowing that life has stages and each stages needs to be aligned for a better achievement of the future. But having to live single all life is s choice that can result to loneliness, boredom 😐, although it offers you freedom, privileges and no one to answer to. But those who choose to live single all their lives may end up facing mental health that comes from bottling up emotions especially while growing old.

In all, we are bound to encounter problems of all kinds in relationships , some will bring regrets, others serious 🧐 emotional memories , but I tell you that relationships also helps shapes us into better growths . We need to know that times are changing things and should be able embrace the the good side of life for the sack of the future generation who are supposed to learn from those they see. Its sad that many today’s relationships are facing harmful problems which is why many are afraid 😱 to go into it. Its important we choose to meet those we are compatible with in life.
