A walk through the Ethno village 🥰
Wednesday is #Wednesdaywalk hosted by great @tattoodjay 🌼 who collaborating with the wonderful @elizacheng who is hosting #Makemesmile 🌼
I visited the Ethno Village of Stanišići in Bosnia and Herzegovina with my friends! I knew that the village was made, a replica of houses from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
Some of the houses are original, they were transferred here to complete the atmosphere.
There are many restaurants, even a hotel is there. And some of the houses that are there are arranged for rent.
The water mill, which was once intensively used, found its place there... Next to the lake, at the other end of which there is a replica of Noah's Ark...
"Someone else's is someone else's, yours suits you.
Respect others and be proud of yourself."
Folk sayings are written on all the houses.
Various houses are around us, bigger, smaller, some you could enter, some you couldn't...
Surrounded by water, you have to cross bridges, go up and down... interesting paths...
These houses you see are restaurants. We had lunch in one of them. Grilled trout 🙂
Although small, everything is full of flowers and paths... It's nice to walk here and have lunch...
I imagined it a little differently, that it was a much bigger space, and that there was a lot to walk around... Here everything is compact and only a short walk is enough to get around...

This is such an interesting walk. I love the antiquity a lot. Look at that Noah's ark. The watermill I guess is no longer working. The lake looks calm and peaceful. Crossing the bridges would have been fun. I really enjoyed this walk with you.
