... an ordinary day... 🥰

Today I decided to be at home.... Read a little, rest a little, draw a little....no obligations....

And preparing a quick lunch, I picked up the recipe at work. Simple and delicious...

Here is the recipe..
2 zucchini
2 blue aubergines
3 peppers and three, four tomatoes. I added it to the recipe.

Cut everything into rings, pepper into strips.
Arrange in a tray, covered with baking paper. Season with salt and sprinkle with olive oil, then bake...
When the vegetables become soft and slightly brown, take them out of the oven.

I baked three trays. She took everything out in one container, chopped a few pieces of garlic. And a spoonful of apple cider vinegar. Mix everything... And it's ready to eat... It's great cold and hot... It can be served with potatoes, or stewed kale, rice...

That took me an hour...

Of course, I started the morning with my favorite ritual, juice of orange, carrot, beet and ginger, with the addition of cinnamon.

Then coffee, biscuits instead of breakfast, coffee and a book...

And that's how it went in the morning, after lunch some drawing...
And one ride on the baize next to the windmill.....

A quiet evening, after an ordinary day, which I miss a lot. Days like this have been very rare for me in recent years.
It is my oasis of peace. When I can be with myself...

Reading a book by Stephen King always transports me to another dimension...

I stopped, as if caught in the web of time... Time flows, I am aware of everything, but in the depths of my soul I feel as if I am standing in the same place, as thirty years ago...

I wondered if it was so real?!

I'm still trying to change, to find a way to go towards new developments...

The end of the day has arrived, quietly and imperceptibly...
