❄️❄️❄️... glimpse of those winters... ❄️❄️🥰

A wonderful winter morning, sunny and quiet...
A walk in the forest in the morning, fresh air, snow and blue sky....

This reminds me of the postcards that were sent for a fee at Christmas and New Year...

That remained so clear in my memory, the snow-covered forest and the blue sky, it seemed like a fairy tale...

Here in our village, everything is flat and there are not many pine trees...

Iam very happy because now that I have my car I can get to this beautiful forest and enjoy this winter morning like from my postcards....

When I was a child, winter was long and cold, with a lot of snow!
It used to snow and the roads, which were impassable for a day or two...it depends when they manage to break through the debris...

It was great for us kids, we went sledding in front of our house, because there is a small hill... And it wasn't a sled because it was a luxury back then, which few children had...

We made a sled, a big plastic sack that we filled with straw, then tied...
We first made a descent, trampled the snow, and when we descended it was speed... We even increased the height of the hill with snow, and such a trampled descent lasted almost until spring....

When we got tired of that, across the road there were some warehouses, around them there was an uneven terrain and big frozen ponds were being made...

We skated there, and instead of skates we took shoes from home that had a flat sole... It was fun for us... One winter, freezing rain fell over the snow, that layer froze and then we could skate. and over the snow...

That year, the snow stayed until late spring, at least between the trees and where the debris was bigger....

This is now just a glimpse of those winters... But this is also fantastic for me 🥰 last year we didn't even have this much snow....
