A real summer day, and a drive to the Mesić Monastery, which is located near the town of Vršac..

The morning still preserved a trace of freshness, I hastened to pack and leave.

Even though it was warm, I enjoyed the walk to the Monastery and the well-maintained yard with a lawn...

The flowers were beautiful along the paths, and they were mixed with medicinal plants... Mint... rosemary....

When I stepped through the gate, I entered an oasis of peace... Only little birds, and quiet conversation among the visitors... This time there were only a few of them...

When I left the church, I sat down on the bench in front, almost in the shade of a tree... Enjoying this silence and peace....

There is my favorite part, the staircase with cacti....they come in so many different shapes, and they have the most beautiful flowers.. Which unfortunately in most cases are short lived....

The paths were all in flowers....I'm always amazed at how beautifully the flowers are maintained. It's varied, and I have the impression that he really likes it here. Because I also have some of these types at home, but mine is not even close to this one. Although I cherish him..

Time seems to stand still here, I don't look at the clock, no one is waiting for me, nor am I in a hurry...

Such moments should be a little more frequent. The rhythm of life has accelerated, and you need to make space to stop and take a breath.
