Let's Go To Malioboro

Hello guys....

Few days ago I went to Malioboro. Malioboro is the name of the most famous street in the city of Yogyakarta, this is one of the places that you must visit if you come to Yogyakarta.

Malioboro is a street that is the center of souvenirs in Yogyakarta, here selling lots of souvenirs ranging from clothes, bags, sandals and typical Yogyakarta food.

And not only as a place to buy souvenirs, but there are also many food vendors here, ranging from snacks to heavy meals. There are also many ice sellers around.

There are also many benches along the sidewalk where the sellers sell their goods, so if we are tired we can sit there. We can also sit on the benches when we buy food and want to eat here.

Here also provides a place to rent bicycles and scooters. Because Malioboro street is quite wide, it will be better if we want to go around this road by vehicle. Especially if at night this road is closed and motorized vehicles such as cars and motorbikes are not allowed to pass. So it will be fun if at night come here and rent a bike and scooter.

And if you don't want to be tired of riding a bicycle or scooter, you can take a Delman or Becak. Delman or wagon is a vehicle carried by horses. Actually I want to ride Delman but I don't dare, so I prefer to just walk.

It's really nice to be able to walk in Malioboro, this place is always full of people who want to shop or people who just want to take pictures. They said that at night Malioboro will look even more beautiful, because the lights along this road will come alive and make the atmosphere more lively.

I highly recommend that you come here if you visit Yogyakarta, and maybe you will be interested in trying to ride the Delman. To go to Malioboro street, I took an online motorcycle taxi. Many other vehicles that will go to this road, such as buses or private vehicles.

This is my first travel post in Yogyakarta, I have other trips that I will share later too. It's really nice to be on vacation after a long time just staying at home.
