Let's Make Simple Cookies

Hello guys....

Today I'm going to cook a simple cookie that's very easy to make, it's actually been quite a while since I last cooked something and this time I'm going to cook again.

A few days ago, my sister just bought a recipe book for cakes and pastries, this is a complete book with easy-to-replicate recipes.

Ingredient

  • 150 g low protein flour.

  • 50 g cornstarch.

  • 25 g of powdered milk.

  • Half a teaspoon of vanilla.

  • 3 egg yolks.

  • 100 g of butter.

  • 125 g of powdered sugar.

How To Make

  • Mix flour, cornstarch, powdered milk, powdered sugar and vanilla, stir well.

  • Puree the butter, then add the egg yolks to the butter while mixing until smooth.

  • Add the flour mixture little by little while stirring slowly until blended.

  • Put the dough into a mold that has a flower-shaped syringe, but since it turns out that my mold can't be used for this dough, so I won't use the syringe.

  • Prepare a baking sheet, grease the pan with margarine thinly.

  • Sprinkle the dough on the baking sheet in the shape you like.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until the cake is half done for about 20 minutes. Reduce the temperature and continue to bake until cooked for about 15 minutes.

  • If it is cooked then remove the cookies, after the cookies are cooked, the long round cakes become flattened. Let it cool, then put it in a jar.

And finally my homemade cookies are done. This is my first time making my own cookes, making them is very easy and uses a few ingredients that are easy to get. To cook these cookies, you only spend a lot of money, but even so we can produce very delicious cookies. For the taste of these cookies is very delicious, soft but crunchy, the taste is also sweet with a little salty taste from the butter, this is the taste of cookies that I really like. Even though at first I wanted to make cookies in the shape of flowers, but this shape is also pretty so it doesn't matter.

Alright, that's it for this time. I will show again what I did in the next post.

Thank you for reading my post and don't forget to read my other posts.

It looks so good. And when you have butter, you can't go wrong. We had one of those things I don't remember the name. The item to used to give form to the dough and it broke. It was also really old. Are gonna try some more recipes from the book?
