The Most Delicious Sambal Geprek

This is a continuation of my visit to Oslo & CO cafe last week. While I previously discussed the deliciousness of the coffee, this time I'll discuss the food. The food I ordered there was, in my opinion, the most delicious I've ever had (on a single menu).

Before discussing the food, let's discuss the cafe first. This is a comfortable, cool, clean cafe, friendly and good service, honestly I was a little distracted when I wanted to order because the blush on used by the waitress was very beautiful, but I was too embarrassed to ask haha. I don't know why, when I came here last week the cafe was very quiet even though it was usually always busy. Is it because there is a little renovation at the front of the cafe that people think it is closed? I don't know, but I still stay a long time in this cafe, because it is very comfortable.

This cafe doesn't have any special decorations, but it looks very beautiful, minimalist. The combination of gray, black, and white is very pleasing to the eye.

Although the main menu at this cafe is coffee, the food selection is also quite extensive. They sell a variety of rice dishes with various side dishes, fried rice, noodles, spaghetti, chicken popcorn with rice, and various sweet and savory snacks.

Chicken Popcorn Rice with Sambal Geprek, this is the menu I ordered, and this is the menu you must order if you come to this cafe. This is rice with crispy fried chicken shaped like popcorn so without bones, then with sambal geprek, also there is egg, tomato and cucumber.

This is very delicious, this is my favorite geprek chicken. Because it is boneless, it is very easy to eat, crispy chicken with a little salty taste, very delicious. Soft and fluffy rice, cooked eggs, and the most delicious is the geprek chili sauce. This is very delicious, spicy and savory, delicious spicy, a spicy taste that makes you want to keep eating it. This is the most delicious geprek chili sauce I have ever eaten.

Sambal geprek is a chili sauce made using certain types of chili (some call it chili geprek, chili devil, or other names depending on the region). The chilies are then ground, doused with hot oil, and sprinkled with fried onions.

And because it's so spicy, that's why I drank milk to neutralize the spiciness.
