What happened Ruf? I'm praying for your fast recovery. I can relate sa panic attack. That's what I experienced sa pandemic. Yung feeling na bigla nalang aatake. Hindi siya madali, para Kang aatakihin sa puso. Sana gumaling ka agad Ruffa, stay positive lang importante yan. 🙏

Nasugod sa hospital for the 4rd time coz of severe nose bleeding huhu. Okay naman na ako, nalalabas na huhu. Kaso nakaka trauma talaga tsk
