Disfrutando nuestro fin de semana: ¡Relax y Pizza! [ESP/ENG]
En nuestro hogar, los fines de semana son para descansar, después de toda una semana dedicada tanto a trabajar, como a las actividades deportivas, es muy oportuno desconectarnos de todo y hacer las cosas que disfrutamos. También es importante dormir bien todos los días.
El descanso adecuado permite que nuestro cuerpo y nuestra mente se recuperen y se regeneren. Sin un descanso adecuado, nos volvemos más propensos a enfermedades y nos sentimos agotados físicamente.
Cuando descansamos apropiadamente, nuestro cerebro es capaz de funcionar mejor y nuestras emociones se autorregulan con mayor facilidad.
En lo particular, me pongo de muy mal humor cuando no duermo bien, mientras que si tengo un buen descanso, veo la vida con mayor optimismo.
In our home, weekends are for resting, after a whole week dedicated to work and sports activities, it is very opportune to disconnect from everything and do the things we enjoy. It is also important to sleep well every day.
Adequate rest allows our body and mind to recover and regenerate. Without adequate rest, we become more prone to illness and feel physically exhausted.
When we rest properly, our brains are able to function better and our emotions self-regulate more easily.
In particular, I get in a very bad mood when I don't sleep well, whereas if I have a good rest, I see life with more optimism.
Además, nuestros hijos están de vacaciones escolares, por lo que intentamos salir de la rutina para ellos disfruten estos días de relax, que tanto merecen por su excelente desempeño escolar y muy buen comportamiento. Ellos son un sol.

We ate well and had a good time. Going out to eat is, nowadays, a luxury for us, so we enjoy it even more, because we know how valuable it is to be able to do so. In addition, we thank God for giving us the opportunity to spoil our children, who only give us reasons for joy.
Les cuento que ninguno de nosotros pudo comerse toda su pizza, pero la que más dejó, fui yo, que me comí sólo la mitad. Pero decidimos llevarnos el resto, para comerla en el desayuno, así que yo me sentía feliz porque también desayunaría pizza.
No puedo más que agradecer por tantas bendiciones, en estos momentos sentimos que la vida nos está dando un respiro y hemos podido salir un poco de la rutina.
Me siento feliz y afortunada por ver a mis seres amados saludables, llenos de risas y por compartir con ellos su vida.
