Cada día es único, el tiempo va en una sola dirección, no se detiene y mucho menos retrocede, más nosotros muchas veces sí lo hacemos. Es importante valorar y aprovechar cada minuto, de lo contrario es tiempo perdido.
Al abrir mis ojos, agradezco haber despertado, luego veo a mis hijos y agradezco lo afortunada que soy. No hay manera que que mi día comience mal, con sus sonrisas.
Each day is unique, time goes in only one direction, it does not stop and much less goes backwards, but we often do. It is important to value and take advantage of every minute, otherwise it is time wasted.
When I open my eyes, I am thankful I woke up, then I look at my children and I am thankful for how lucky I am. There is no way my day can start off badly, with their smiles.

Y no importa lo que me depare el día, mientras ellos estén bien y yo pueda estar para ellos, todo es secundario.
La mañana de hoy, asistí a mi terapia de rehabilitación física y luego fui a entregar unas facturas médicas para que me fueran reembolsadas. Siempre hay largas colas en "Planes de Salud", allí estuve desde las 8 hasta las 11 A.M., y fue más rápido de lo habitual.

Al final, Dios siempre provee, no tengo que angustiarme por nada, sólo hacer lo que deba hacer, con el corazón alegre y en paz.
En este momento de mi vida, los conflictos me aburren, prefiero enfocarme en lo que sea constructivo.

Cuando llegamos a cierta edad, comenzamos a preguntarnos ¿por qué no entendí esto antes? o ¿por qué no hice esto antes?
En mi caso, disfrutar más y preocuparme menos, me hubiera evitado muchas dolencias, pero hay una frase popular que dice "nunca es tarde cuando la dicha es buena", así que lo mejor es ir hacia adelante, sin mirar hacia atrás.
When we reach a certain age, we start to ask ourselves why didn't I understand this before, or why didn't I do this before?
In my case, enjoying more and worrying less would have prevented me from many ailments, but there is a popular phrase that says "it's never too late when it's good", so the best thing to do is to go forward, without looking back.

No debemos cargar el pasado a cuestas, aunque sí el aprendizaje, sino, es como si no hubiésemos vivido. Se supone que debemos ser cada vez mejores, se supone que a eso hemos venido.
Me ha llevado tanto tiempo llegar hasta aquí y aún me falta mucho por recorrer. Pienso que seguramente nosotros vivimos varias vidas, porque sólo una no nos alcanza ni para sólo entender nuestro propósito más básico. Aunque quizás hay quienes puedan, no lo sé.
No me resulta pensar demasiado...
We are not supposed burdening the past on our shoulders, although we are supposed to carry the learning, otherwise, it is as if we had not lived. We are supposed to get better and better, that's what we are supposed to be here for.

Es mejor sonreír / It is better to smile
Me resulta vivir el presente de la mejor manera que puedo, con la tranquilidad de saber que hago mi mejor esfuerzo. Me resulta agradecer por lo que tengo, ver todo lo bueno que este mundo tiene para mí y dejar a un lado la queja, que tanto nos resta.
I find it easy to live the present in the best way I can, with the peace of mind of knowing that I am doing my best. I am grateful for what I have, see all the good that this world has for me and leave aside the complaint, which takes away so much from us.
Siempre será mejor contar cada bendición recibida, ser pacientes, compasivos, amorosos, ocuparnos, en lugar de preocuparnos, asumir la responsabilidad de nuestra vida, encontrar la manera de resolver y de aportar, sumar, en lugar de restar. Ser luz para nuestro entorno, lograr en nuestro pequeño mundo, lo que deseamos para todos los demás.
Aún no lo consigo, pero no me rindo.
Lo que tenemos, es un reflejo de lo que hacemos y de lo que pensamos.
It will always be better to count every blessing received, to be patient, compassionate, loving, to take care instead of worrying, to take responsibility for our life, to find ways to solve and to contribute, to add instead of subtract. To be light for our environment, to achieve in our small world, what we wish for everyone else.
I'm still not getting it, but I'm not giving up.
What we have is a reflection of what we do and what we think.
