Wow! This post is so timely.
Regarding the second point you talked about, there’s a quote that one of my role models does reiterate, "a closed mouth is a closed destiny." Ever since then, I have always cultivated the habit of speaking up whenever I’m in the midst of people that I perceive can be of great help to my destiny.
Then to the third point, which I find so profound: One other quote I’ve held on to is that " A thousand miles begins with just a step". This quote has really been a motivation for me whenever I want to begin something new, and I believe that my baby steps today will eventually become giant strides in the future.

I didn't want to write this quote but here it is true. You can only go further if you take that one step, then we will would all see how far we have come.
