A yummy preparation

Look at what I prepared today, it goes with the soup. In the thin pastry sheet, I put cheese, onion, tuna, and egg. We fold the sheet by folding it in four and fry it in oil.

It's very good, we call it 'brick' here , this name surely varies from one region to another and from one Maghreb country to another.

For those who like lemon, they can sprinkle it with a few drops, a little delight that accompanies the soup.

Certainly, there are variations of this recipe, but I only prepare this one.

The children asked me to make them, from time to time I prepare them during the fasting month, which is incredible, we forget about them all year round, but when fasting, we remember all the dishes that are out of the ordinary.

This is the third time I've made them this month, the children enjoyed them, they are good but a little heavy. You can't eat more than one, exceptionally two, because of the eggs inside and the frying.

A little indulgence during the fasting month and one should never forget to please those we love, small gestures count and memories are made, even culinary ones.
