• The first step to achieve this is the pledge of repentance, in which the servant first pledges at the hands of the leader and mentor that he will not commit even one of the above-mentioned evils.
  Whoever fulfills this pledge, his next journey begins
  If not, the Bedouins of Makkah remain Bedouins even after going to Medina.
