Talk A Walk

One of the best way to deal with stress in general is by taking a walk. Taking a walk helps to relieve us of stress, that's a general knowledge. During exam periods, we don't want to waste any second, we stay all day reading and hoping to understand everything we read. But that's not how the brain works. When the brain is wiped out or tired, it stops to take in any new information or knowledge. So, if a student is trying to feel like a serious student and reads for 5 - 7 hours straight, there's a high chance, that he/she only truly spent 2 hours 30 minutes really studying and understanding what he/she was studying and the remaining 2 hours 30 minutes to 4 hours 30 minutes was a complete waste of his/her time. So, it's quite recommended that whenever you are reading for long period of time, you should add in some walk time during your reading period. Whenever we take a walk, we refresh, both our body and mind. Take your mind off studying during that period and look at the little things happening around you such as nature, children playing, people arguing, people laughing and so on. When you are done from taking the walk, you will feel refreshed and ready to go for another reading session. When you are back from a good walk, it is advisable you test yourself from what you had previously read. You will notice that your brain will be faster to remember and provide you with the answer. By doing that, you are giving yourself confidence and eliminating exam stress completely. Try to incorporate some minutes for taking a walk whenever you are reading.

Hi friend, certainly stress in studies is quite common, we all have a way to channel it but sometimes it doesn't give time for anything. It is a good advice to take a walk, walking can help us to restore our ideas and to clear the mind. Greetings and thanks for sharing.

Did you know the technique of reading the content of the exam, hours before sleeping? Well the brain keeps working on it even after falling asleep. In fact, in an even better way because the cycle of rest and organization of thoughts begins, in this sense, the information will be placed in your mind in the right place and with the necessary clarity.
Greetings, Thanks for sharing

Yeah this actually works, the reading span is usually 3hrs max, anything after that is just force and you can't force your brain to understand. Taking breaks is really important, usually I play a game or watch one of my favorite series. Thanks for this

Hello @taiwo-writes!
It is very common to get stressed before an exam, and more when you want to learn everything the same day and hours before presenting it, that's why it is important not to leave everything to the last minute and go every day advancing in the study so that your level of nerves and stress is lower and easier to handle. You show a useful tool, greetings!
