Gusto saludarlos una vez más.
En lo últimos días he estado haciendo bocetos para ilustraciones con una temática motivacional y no podía dejar de compartir esta ilustración. Utilizo el arte como mi propia terapia, y aunque mi trabajo no es perfecto, lo comparto con ustedes para que así como a mí, quienquiera que lo necesite, tenga un soplo de aire fresco en el corazón.

The last few days I've been making sketches for illustrations with a motivational theme and I couldn't stop sharing this illustration. ➊ Boceto
Tardé alrededor de quince minuto haciendo este boceto. Me es complicado hacer los boceto en digital desde mi celular, por eso me siento más cómoda dibujando en mi sketchbook y luego agregando una foto en la app para colorear.

➊ Sketch
It took me about fifteen minutes to make this sketch. It is difficult for me to make digital sketches from my cell phone, so I feel more comfortable drawing in my sketchbook and then adding a photo in the coloring app.

➋ Color Base
Llegué a acostumbrarme a no hacer line art en mis ilustraciones, paso directamente al color base después del boceto y de esa manera ahorro mucho tiempo.

➌ Sombreado
De la forma en que estoy sombreando ahora, la ilustración cobra mucha vida después del sombreado. Usar los colores complementarios es una alternativa muy útil que estoy poniendo en practica y me gusta mucho la terminación que deja. Utilicé el pincel Rotulador de alcohol, predeterminado de Ibis Paint.

The way I'm shading now, the illustration really comes to life after shading. Using complementary colors is a very useful alternative that I am putting into practice and I really like the finish it leaves. I used the Ibis Paint default Alcohol Marker brush.

➍ Detalles
Agregué detalles sutiles en el fondo que reforzaran el concepto de la ilustración. Además, utilicé una capa superior y dibujé líneas con un trazo blanco alrededor de todo el lienzo para simular un line art un poco incompleto.

I added subtle details in the background that reinforce the concept of the illustration. Also, I used a top layer and drew lines with a white stroke around the entire canvas to simulate a bit sketchy line art.
