Our main ingredient to prepare today's recipe is potatoes. I will prepare this recipe with potatoes. To make these snacks, we will need potatoes, and I will have to boil them. First, I have boiled the potatoes. After cooling them for a while, I peel them well and mash them well. There should be no grains here. Then I will add all kinds of spices to the potatoes. What spices should I add?


Among these spices, I have added salt, dried chili powder, and here I will add a little bit of salt and a little bit of tasting salt. Here I will add seven to it, but then the thing I need to add more of here is cornflour because it will help me bind it tightly and also help it swell. I will add more cornflour to make it.


I will mix everything well, and at the end, I will add some mustard oil, like a spoonful. Then I will finally mix it well with the dhuna leaves. But after that, the work will be finished. I will mix oil well on my palm and again take some of the potato pieces and with the help of both hands, I will make them round well. You can see that I have made quite a few rounds here.



My work is almost finished, then what I will do is I will take a pan and add oil to it and heat it well. Then I will fry the potato chops I have made in it until they are long and well-browned. Then my potato chips are ready. It is very tasty to eat. It is not for the afternoon or evening, so I like to eat such recipes with tea.
