[ENG/ESP] Moments from a routine workday and landscapes.
I wish you a fabulous and productive day, full of good energy and moments that add up. Mine started off quite busy, with an agenda that took us to two of the hotels we serve with care and commitment: the Sunsol Unik and the Sunsol Isla Caribe.
From early on, the sky was a bit capricious, with clouds coming and going, as if playing hide-and-seek with the sun. Even so, at various times of the day, the sun's rays managed to break through, giving us flashes of light that brightened the atmosphere. The weather remained humid, as is often the case after days of rain, but with a cool breeze that made our tour more bearable.
Les deseo un día fabuloso y productivo, lleno de buenas energías y momentos que sumen. El mío comenzó bastante activo, con una agenda que nos llevó a recorrer dos de los hoteles que atendemos con cariño y compromiso: el Sunsol Unik y el Sunsol Isla Caribe.
Desde temprano, el cielo se mostraba un tanto caprichoso, con nubes que iban y venían, como si jugaran a las escondidas con el sol. Aun así, en varios momentos del día, los rayos solares lograron abrirse paso, regalándonos destellos de luz que animaban el ambiente. El clima se mantuvo húmedo, como suele suceder cuando pasan días de lluvias, pero con una brisa fresca que hacía más llevadero nuestro recorrido.
Once that first visit was over, we headed to Sunsol Isla Caribe, which we left until the end of the tour for a very special reason: it is closer to home and, what's more, it is right by the sea. For me, that's an added bonus. Not only did we fulfill our responsibilities, but I also treated myself to sitting for a while and contemplating the sea, which I love and find so comforting.

Allí teníamos que verificar el funcionamiento del sistema de filtrado y asegurarnos de que la calidad del agua estuviera en óptimas condiciones. Es un trabajo que requiere atención al detalle, pero que hacemos con gusto, sabiendo que contribuimos al bienestar de quienes disfrutan de estos espacios. Nos dimos cuenta que todo marchaba bien, lo cual siempre es una buena noticia.

Una vez finalizada esa primera visita, nos dirigimos hacia el Sunsol Isla Caribe, que dejamos para el final del recorrido por una razón muy especial: está más cerca de casa y, además, se encuentra junto al mar. Para mí, eso es un regalo adicional. No solo cumplimos con nuestras responsabilidades, sino que también me doy el gusto de sentarme un rato a contemplar el mar, que tanto me gusta y me reconforta.
Upon arriving at Isla Caribe, we were greeted with the usual kindness. We headed straight to tank number three, which had recently been debacterized. We ran the necessary tests and, fortunately, all levels were within the ideal parameters.

With the peace of mind that comes with a job well done, we decided to take a short walk along the beach, as we usually do whenever we can. It's a ritual we enjoy very much, a way to reconnect with nature.
The sea was a little choppy, with playful waves breaking strongly on the shore. Nothing out of the ordinary for a cloudy day like today. Despite the cloudy sky and humidity, we still enjoyed the views that fill our souls. The salty smell of the sea has an almost magical effect on me.
Con la tranquilidad del deber cumplido, decidimos darnos un pequeño paseo por la playa, como solemos hacer cada vez que podemos. Es un ritual que disfrutamos mucho, una forma de reconectar con la naturaleza.
El mar estaba un poco encrespado, con olas juguetonas que rompían con fuerza en la orilla. Nada fuera de lo común para un día nublado como el de hoy. A pesar del cielo con algunas nubes y la humedad, no dejamos de disfrutar de esas vistas que tanto nos llenan el alma. El aroma salado del mar, tiene un efecto casi mágico en mí.
Humid and cloudy days are not usually my favorite, as they tend to accentuate my allergies and make me feel a little congested. However, I have discovered that sitting near the sea, breathing deeply, and letting the sea breeze envelop me is like natural medicine. I always say that the sea is my best therapy, my safe place. When work has me feeling tense or the day feels heavy, all I have to do is watch the waves roll in, the palm trees sway gently in the wind, and everything feels lighter. Those details that go unnoticed by many are a wonder to me, a whole world of relaxation.
Los días húmedos y nublados no suelen ser mis favoritos, ya que tienden a acentuar mis alergias y me congestionan un poco. Sin embargo, he descubierto que sentarme cerca del mar, respirar profundo y dejar que la brisa marina me envuelva, es como una medicina natural. Siempre digo que el mar es mi mejor terapia, mi lugar seguro. Cuando el trabajo me tiene tensa o el día se siente pesado, basta con mirar el vaivén de las olas, las palmeras que se mecen suavemente con el viento, y todo se aligera. Esos detalles que para muchos pasan desapercibidos, para mí son toda una maravilla, todo un mundo de relajación.
After that moment of peace, we decided to walk down La Marina Street in El Tirano. It's a charming area, full of houses that have been lovingly remodeled. What caught my attention most were the curious names given to some of the houses: some funny, others poetic, all with a very personal touch. I couldn't resist taking out my camera to capture those original facades. I love sharing with you these little discoveries that speak so much about people's creative spirit.
Después de ese momento de paz, decidimos caminar por la calle La Marina, en El Tirano. Es una zona encantadora, llena de casas que han sido remodeladas con mucho esmero. Lo que más me llamó la atención fueron los nombres curiosos que les han puesto a algunas casas: algunos graciosos, otros poéticos, todos con un toque muy personal. No pude resistirme y saqué mi cámara para capturar esas fachadas tan originales. Me encanta compartir con ustedes esos pequeños hallazgos que hablan tanto del espíritu creativo de las personas.
