[ENG/ESP] The beauty of the day that goes hand in hand with responsibilities
Greetings! I wish you all a wonderful Thursday, filled with calm, good times, and that energy that drives us to keep moving forward even when the days seem longer than usual. Every day that passes has its own story, and although some are good and others a little more complicated, it’s always worth looking at them through life’s most positive lens. When you choose to view everything with a positive attitude, even the difficult things become more bearable and less of a burden on the heart.
I’m telling you this because I keep going into the city—not just to stick to my work routine, but also to continue dealing with the bank, which, until recently, hadn’t provided a real solution to my problem. Sometimes you plan things out in detail, but life has its own rhythm and its own unexpected twists. Even so, you have to persevere, move forward, and not give up. That’s why my husband and I got up early once again, determined to stop by the bank before getting on with the rest of the day. The weather was beautiful, the landscapes looked as if they’d been painted in soft colors, and that natural beauty kept me cheerful, relaxed, and at peace.
Saludos, les deseo un jueves maravilloso, lleno de calma, de buenos momentos y de esa energía que nos impulsa a seguir adelante incluso cuando los días parecen más largos de lo habitual. Cada día que pasa tiene su propia historia, y aunque unas sean buenas y otras un poco más complicadas, siempre vale la pena mirarlas con el mejor cristal de la vida. Cuando uno decide observar todo con una actitud positiva, incluso lo difícil se vuelve más llevadero y menos pesado para el corazón.
Les cuento esto porque continúo yendo a la ciudad, no solo para cumplir con mi rutina de trabajo, sino también para seguir lidiando con el banco, que hasta hace poco no había dado una solución real a mi problemática. A veces uno planifica las cosas con detalle, pero la vida tiene su propio ritmo y sus propios giros inesperados. Aun así, toca insistir, avanzar y no rendirse. Por eso mi esposo y yo nos levantamos temprano una vez más, decididos a pasar por el banco antes de seguir con el resto del día. El clima estaba hermoso, los paisajes parecían pintados con colores suaves, y esa belleza natural me mantenía alegre, relajada y con la mente en paz.
This time, to my relief, they told me that they had already resolved the issue with the business account being blocked. I felt as if some of the weight I’d been carrying had finally been lifted. With that sense of relief, I continued on my way to the Unik Hotel to carry out my chlorination and disinfection routine.
Esta vez, para mi alivio, me informaron que ya habían resuelto el bloqueo de la cuenta empresarial. Sentí que por fin una parte del peso que cargaba se soltaba. Con esa tranquilidad seguí mi camino hacia el hotel Unik para realizar mi rutina de cloración y desinfección.
Everything went off without a hitch, as bright and cheerful as the day itself. However, just as I was leaving, the maintenance manager brought up another urgent issue: there was a problem with the trench filter’s air chamber that required immediate attention. After assessing the situation, we agreed to do the work in the early morning, so I had to get everything organized and contact the blacksmith to work out the details.
Todo fluyó de manera impecable, tan radiante como el día mismo. Sin embargo, cuando ya me retiraba, el gerente de mantenimiento me planteó otra situación urgente; había un problema con el pulmón del filtro de trinchera que requería atención inmediata. Después de evaluar la situación, acordamos realizar el trabajo en la madrugada, así que debía organizar todo y contactar al herrero para coordinar los detalles.
I left the hotel and stopped by the blacksmith's shop. With everything already planned for the early morning, my husband and I took the opportunity to go to La Vela Mall to look for a gift for a dear friend who was celebrating his birthday.
Salí del hotel y pasé por la casa del herrero. Con todo ya planificado para la madrugada, mi esposo y yo aprovechamos para ir al centro comercial La Vela en busca de un regalo para un amigo muy querido que estaba cumpliendo años.
We walked through the aisles of the mall, looking at store windows, chatting, and enjoying the moment, until we finally found the perfect gift. That small mission accomplished gave us a sense of quiet satisfaction, like when you wrap up another chapter of the day.
With everything on the agenda taken care of, we headed back home. Even though the day had seemed difficult from the start, keeping a positive mindset helped everything go more smoothly. Sometimes it’s not about things turning out perfectly, but about how we choose to face them.

Caminamos por los pasillos del centro comercial, observando vitrinas, conversando y disfrutando del momento, hasta que finalmente encontramos el regalo perfecto. Esa pequeña misión cumplida nos dio una sensación de satisfacción tranquila, como cuando uno completa un capítulo más del día.
Con todo lo previsto ya resuelto, emprendimos el camino de regreso a casa. A pesar de que el día parecía difícil desde temprano, mantener la mente positiva ayudó a que todo fluyera con más suavidad. A veces no se trata de que las cosas salgan perfectas, sino de cómo decidimos enfrentarlas.
