Starting 2022 With Laughter and Food Prepared With Love 🍽 #DashOutSunday

A Healthy New Year to All and let's work towards the success and growth of Hive! 💪

Those who know me or have read most of my posts, know I'm into intro's, but this time I kept it short (pun intended 😂). The last couple of days (week if you ask me) went by so fast, because we were invited to multiple occasions. From year end closings, New Years' lunch/dinner and even throw in a surprise baby shower in the mix. Which is partly why I haven't posted for days here on Hive and why we used today to rejuvenate our body and spirit by resting and staying in.

We didn't even have to cook ourselves today, as we have enough leftovers in the fridge. The day started with a late brunch of baked goodies (forgot to take pictures) from the freezer, that we warmed up in the oven and by watching a funny sitcom together. How about starting the New Year with laughter right? And shout out to those who also repurpose ice cream containers for leftovers.

Because of the late brunch we had our dinner early in the evening, which consisted of dishes from three different events 🙈. Chow mein (fried noodles) and spicy stir fried squid - which wasn't spicy at all - from a work event, barbecue chicken from a year end closing at a family event and fried rice and potato and liver sambal from my parents' New Year's lunch/dinner.
