Discovering tbeasts from the Rebellion

Greetings, lovely Splinterverse citizens. I hope everyone is doing well and having fun with the game daily. The Splinterlands will soon have a new land expansion, which bodes well for the game's bright future! The latest edition of the core cards, Rebellion, is now here and ready to go on a trip filled with many exciting new developments in the Splinter Universe. I believe the Rebellion set will be the most ambitious card set to release since it offers so many new gameplay possibilities and techniques to Splinterlands. It will also encourage more players to join the game. There will be a ton of new stuff to have, even if there won't be many new abilities. And if you're still unaware of those exciting developments, hold on while I give you the opportunity to know the latest cards that have been revealed so far from this set.

The fact that the game creator is attempting to increase the cards' usefulness in order to stabilize the market by including a burning mechanism on the first day of the public sale is the finest news, in my opinion. Another noteworthy method of limiting the rebellion packs and cards is a crucial step in preventing the market from collapsing due to an excessive number of cards driving up prices. I'll go over every detail with you in the next parts.

Let's dive into the monsters and cards from the Rebellion set published. Before that, I want to let you know the new abilities that have been added to the upcoming cards for a clear understanding of the power of these amazing cards.

Armored Strike: Any unit with this ability may use its Armor stat to acquire an additional melee attack. This gives characters the ability to improvise with lethal force, using their helmets, gauntlets, shields, and even physical characteristics like hard shells and spikes as weapons!

image.png

Corrosive Ward: A unit with this ability does 2 damage to the attacker's armor when struck with a melee attack and reduces the attacker's maximum armor by 2. This is the Repair ability's archenemy. Something that has melted into an acidic sludge cannot be repaired! Take note that only armored units are impacted by this.

Flank: The unit in the second position obtains the Reach ability if the unit with this ability is in the first position. Assume that placement and the element of surprise will be useful. Your first two troops may now cooperate to destroy the opposing tank!

Lookout: When a unit uses this ability, nearby allies who are being attacked by sneak, snipe, or opportunity take one less damage. Alert your group when stalkers are hiding in the shadows. Keeping an eye out is a smart idea at all times!

Pre-sale airdrop cards
Players who buy Rebellion packs during the presale can claim two limited-edition promo cards, which are only available for purchase during the presale and not included in booster packs.

Players can receive Grimbardun Smith Neutral Rare cards for every 10 Rebellion booster packs purchased during the presale, with a 4% chance of being a Gold Foil version. Additionally, players can receive a Mantaroth Neutral Legendary card for every 100 booster packs and a Gold Foil Mantaroth card for every 2,500 booster packs, with a 4% chance of being a Gold Foil version.

Both of them are neutral cards and they are really amazing cards with some amazing stats, especially the RARE card GRIMBARDUN SMITH, which is awesome against magic, melee, or range attacks. The Armored strike is a great ability for the LEGENDARY card MANTAROTH.

Cards from the packs
When your rival's rearmost unit or tank is hit by the Gobalano Soldier, their armor is destroyed, leaving them open to a counterattack. Even better? He completes it with Ambush before the fight even starts.
image.png

The Infernal Firestorm is a powerful tank due to its strong armor and health. If you add Flank, you may use a high-attack melee unit in the second position to completely destroy the fortifications of your opponent.
image.png

A low-mana support unit that will be a great addition to your squad is the Chaos Animator. Her Amplify ability gives cards that have Magic Reflect, Return Fire, and Thorns a crucial boost. She can repel magic assaults for a considerable distance thanks to Void Armor. When Redemption loses, she has the power to completely change the course of the conflict.
image.png

The Anasth Soothsayer will undoubtedly become a mainstay on your Water teams since she fulfills every need for a fantastic support card. She can not only Heal and Cleanse your tank, but her Dispel rapidly undoes annoying effects like Martyr and Bloodlust. Lookout shields units from Sneak, Snipe, and Opportunity on either side of her in the meanwhile. What happens if your opponent attempts to remove her? Her Dodge won't make things simple, however.
image.png

Zeddica is the first dual-element summoner in Rebellion. You may employ cards from both elements on your side, so play her when the Death and Water elements are available in combat. This fantastic new age of dual-element gaming gives you access to whole new techniques!
image.png

Prophet Rosa, our first summoner for Tactics. You'll have an option once the teams of you and your opponent are known. Do you give one of your troops shield or give two of your units +2 range? Alternately, maybe strengthening your opponent's team might be preferable! The options are endless when using Rebellion's Tactics summoners.

When using the Target Practice ruleset, the Mar Toren Seeker is an excellent second-position unit that may be used whenever your opponent uses Snipe. He can withstand magic strikes because to his Dodge and Phase. Additionally, he has the durability to act as a tank while your back-line troops do the dirty job when he drops into your first position.

Rebellion overhauls Weapons Training, and the Moxian Rebel is prepared to seize the opportunity. This ability now gives nearby troops full attack power, and it remains there even in the event that the Trainer meets a horrific end. When combined with Obsidian's team-wide +1 Magic bonus, the Moxian Rebel may deal an incredible six magic damage. No other four-mana unit has such potency! She may also fit into any squad due to her neutral aspect. Did I also mention that she drives a Dodge? She's a renegade with a cause—her purpose is to make you take names and kick butt.

As the whole community laments the departure of summoner Brighton Bloom and her team-wide Flying boost, you just must have Rebellion's Redwyrm Dragon. In addition, it has Immunity, which is essential in the Noxious Fumes ruleset and to fight the Gobson Family summoner Underboss's tactics (wink wink, nudge nudge). Stun your opponent to make them seem foolish, and your armor and high HP are merely cherry on top.
image.png

Which units may be utilized with the Little League ruleset and have Protect and Repair? The only person who can go from Alpha to Rebellion is Runeseer Sevaya. In the unlikely event that your opponent launches an assault while you are blind, she will keep your squad well-armed. Her Cleanse, meanwhile, keeps the debuffs out of your tank so they can withstand a battering and continue to function. Have a unit that can absorb damage using Magic Reflect, Return Fire, or Thorns? Utilize Runeseer Sevaya's Amplify to increase their damage. She will undoubtedly be essential to a successful tactic in any ruleset!
