Rethinking about Splinterlands SPS staking: crashing market to bull cycle

I hope you all are enjoying the game every day and new things that are coming into the Splinterlands every day, which is a clear sign of the game's bright future! The last proposal with the future initiative for implementing some measures to crack down the bots-farming in a modern format is a great decision by the developer team! I am sure in the future the game will be more real player oriented. But the recent announcement regarding the staking of SPS to a high quantity can be the next step that can elevate the current SPS market with the crashing cards value which seems to be a double-sided sword in some cases which I am fearing of many happenings and possibilities and issues regarding the announcement. Though there are some logical reasons behind it I have many views and thoughts from the core area of the Blockchain-based games and Splinterlands as a game of PLAY, INVESTMENT, and enjoyment!

I am also very satisfied to be one of the Splinterlands believers because my Portfolio of the game assets like my card collections, Plots, and staked SPS is a kind of savings and so I have started buying some more cards in every deep now as I am planning to move into the Diamond league. And for that, I am buying the summoners first, I want to make them the gold league max before entering the Diamond league. Also, the in-game token price of Splinterlands has started increasing recently with the announcement of replacing the CARD COLLECTION POWER with the STAKED SPS along with their biggest upcoming phase with the LAND EXPANSION. According to the Dappradar, the game is still at the top for a long period of time. Unlike most crypto games, which typically have been destroyed with the short-term pumping of in-game assets without creating values. But Splinterlands is trying to build up long-term and sustainable game mechanics to keep its huge fanbase stuck to the game economy. So before investing in the game there are many things to be concerned and the ongoing events and the announcements are very crucial for the future of the game. Before investing time and money in a play-to-earn blockchain game, it's important to do your own research. Learn about the game mechanics, the rules surrounding earning and trading digital assets, and the community that has formed around the game. This will help you make informed decisions and avoid the potential loss from many scams.

Some play-to-earn games require players to invest in digital assets before they can start earning rewards. It's important to invest wisely and only invest what you can afford to lose. And, in this category comes the Splinterlands, and day by day it is becoming the more investment perspective rather than the more attractive. And we all know what happened to the whale games and people lose their significant money in those games. And after the recent info published by the team made me think about the investment required to play the game properly to grab the rewards.

The great thing that gonna happen is the price of the SPS is going to moon sooner and that is the goal for such change in the game. I can still remember, I bought SPS with the price of around 40 cents and now it is around 2 cents! But
the question is, how effectively this change will elevate the SPS price.

With more than 6.4 K staked SPS my ranking is around 5000 and almost other criteria for the CP, DEC, and TOTAL SPS my ranking is almost similar and I can play perfectly in Gold I now but after the staked SPS implementation I will not get the 100% reward with this stuffs! The most crucial points is as follows-

• After investing $2000.00, my card's price is now $1500K which is going to decline more while players need to accumulate tons of SPS!

• The card's utility is intentionally forced to die and who will buy the packs now? Just renting or buying cards will be enough to harvest the rewards with high SPS staking!

• Overall balance is gonna break as the rewards with LAND EXPANSION is not clear where it was mentioned that the CARDS are in short for the LAND mechanism supply! And that triggered the card's price recently and this announcement just ruined the movement!

• What about the smaller players? Is Splinterlands going to be owned by the only whales, I mean when most of the rewards will go to the whales, then why new players will join to compete with the whales?

• There is no mechanism for rewarding the long-term holder and all these are gonna help the short-term intruder to make short-term money and let the ecosystem die!

So, the thing in the short-term going to change but I have seen nothing so revolutionary in the long-term and for the other assets, especially for the cards which are just being printed and printed and printed. And the price is declining and declining and declining. This shouldn't be the way how a game will evolve, the balance in the ecosystem is very important which I am missing completely here.

So, what I want to tell at the end rethink the game before investments. It is not necessarily true that any project will always go the right way and we need to think about which group is gonna be benefitted more the bigger group or the handful of whales! To maximize your earnings potential, it's important to become an expert in the game you're playing. Learn about the best strategies for earning rewards and winning battles, and stay up-to-date on new updates and changes to the game. Also, consistent play is key to earning rewards in play-to-earn blockchain games.
