I hope you all are enjoying the game every day and new things that are coming into the Splinterlands every day, which is a clear sign of the game's bright future! The last proposal with the future initiative for implementing some measures to crack down the bots-farming in a modern format is a great decision by the developer team! I am sure in the future the game will be more real player oriented. Currently, the ongoing celebration of 5 years of successful journey of the Splinterlands is awesome and I have also burned some DEC to grab the opportunity for collecting some amazing rewards. I know the toughest situation for the Splinterlands community is the current market situation which is again going downwards very badly after the announcement of the replacement CP with the stacked SPS. And the booming cards market after the LAND EXPANSION update is now completely dead and I am not expecting such a craze in the near term unless there are some more changes with the cards. Though the recent announcement regarding the staking of SPS to a high quantity can be the next step that can elevate the current SPS market with the crashing cards value which seems to be a double-sided sword in some cases I am fearing of many happenings and possibilities and issues regarding the announcement.

In these circumstances, the most difficult part is to tackle the situation which needs some strategies and planning which I am going to overview in this post. First of all, I want to let you know that I am still fully satisfied to be one of the Splinterlands believers with my Portfolio of the game assets like my card collections, Plots, and staked SPS which is a kind of savings and so I have started buying some more cards in every deep now as I am planning to move into the Diamond league. And for that, I have already bought the summoners, I want to make them the gold league max before entering the Diamond league. Also, the in-game token price of Splinterlands has started increasing recently with the announcement of replacing the CARD COLLECTION POWER with the STAKED SPS along with their biggest upcoming phase with the LAND EXPANSION. According to the Dappradar, the game is still at the top for a long period of time. How to survive the loss and plan for the future

Before the announcement of the CP replacement with SPS, my card's value was around 2200 which is now 1400 and I am fearing more decrement unless something is fixed with the game. And overall, the next edition is going to be released in the coming months while a lot of the CL packs are still unopened and the price is just bleeding heavily. So, it is very important to make a good plan with the practical observation and experience to survive with such big loss and with another potential risk which complete destroy your Splinterlands journey. And I hope this post will help you to understand the situation and help you to realize the current situation.

• It is the most important step to stay calm and avoid making any impulsive decisions that could worsen your losses. So, take a breath and rest to cool down your emotions and thoughts before going to the next step. Before going next step, you have to prepare yourself to rethink everything.

• Start by analyzing your current holdings, their performance, and how much loss you have incurred. Identify which assets have been hit the hardest and what caused the downturn. The analysis will help you make informed decisions rather than emotional ones. This analysis will make you competent for your next investments.

• Review your investment strategy and re-evaluate your investment plan. Your investment goals might have changed since you first invested in the game. It's essential to reassess your short-term and long-term goals and adjust your assets portfolio accordingly. Also, assess whether your risk tolerance level has changed. If it has, then adjust your investment strategy accordingly to your loss and how much you can bear.

• If you decide to sell your holdings to prevent further losses, do it carefully but my honest opinion is not to sell in this crashing market movement which is going to change very soon. If it is urgent then don't sell everything at once, instead consider selling in increments over several days or weeks to minimize the impact of price volatility. Sell the assets that are performing poorly or that are not aligned with your investment goals.

• Analyze what went wrong to avoid such a big loss in the future. For example, did you invest too much in one asset without checking the potential of that asset? Did you follow speculative hype without doing proper research and market trend analysis and the use cases for that asset like buying the useless monsters?

• Seek expert advice by reading useful blogs in the hive from experienced players who can provide objective feedback on your investment strategy and risk management for the Splinterlands game. They can help you make informed decisions and avoid future losses.
