The White Snow With The Winter Nature And Blue Sky Beauty Of The Wetland Park

Exploring nature in the winter is always so difficult from various perspectives with the freezing cold and the difficulties in the access to the wild areas. As a result, I am not exploring the wild areas of the northern Beijing mountains, but I am trying to visit some forest parks in the inner region of Beijing that are relatively easier to access, and transportation remains stable even after the snowfall due to the local people living in the area. In my recent travel, I have visited some southern region of beijing and also some part of the other districts which are located in the inner direction from the north where i am currently living now.

Today I am going to take you to a wetland park in the Shunyi district where the Peking International Airport is located. The wetland park is named as the Eatern Suburbs Wetland Park simply the wetland park of the Shunyi district. The park is located in the eastern-southern direction from the airport and so I can eaily find the direct buses from my district for a distance of around 40 km. But the problem is the bus service is not the direct one and takes a long time of around 2 hours with so many stoppages on the way to go there. But the good thing is that the park is located with a 5 minutes walking distance from the bus stand.

I have visited the park just after the first snowfall in the Beijing in this year and may be there will be no more snowing day in this year. And as this park is a wetland park, there are many water bodies throughout the whole park area but the winter has made most of them dried and the rest are now frozen as I have seen there. So, it is better to use high boots to explore the wetlands as many parts are with soft muddy soil and your shoes can be risky if you want to explore the natural area without the walking path in the park.

This is one of the largest park in this area in my experience and now I have seen many parts of the park is under construction. The winter is now mainly with leafless trees, and the time from mid-March to mid-November of each year, everything here will come to life, and flowers will be in full blossom. That time is the best time for the tourists from all over the China ansd the world to visit here and enjoy the beautiful and vigorous scenic scenes.

When I arrived at the park, it was early afternoon, and the sun was shining so brightly. But unfortunately, I found very few people in the park as the temperature was so cold and wind was a little bit irritating for the exploration. But after walking a while in the park, it becomes comfortable as the warm-up effects start after half an hour of outdoor walking in the park.

The sky was so blue and the air quality was amazing to explore the beauty of the surrounding natural scenes in the area. The bright sun made the views more bright and glittering with deep color. Though white snow is white in color with the blue vibes but the dry garss on the ground and the color of the trees were deep golden in colors with the shining sun in the sky.

The natural beauty of winter is different than the summer beauty, as the greenery of summer is insane in such parks with green trees and plants everywhere in the park. But the winter is very different there, and the plants are also cut down, and now the lower parts of the plants are visible, which are also dried, and many of them are already rotted in the wetland park due to the water bodies in the lowlands area of the park.

I have also seen the most iconic scene in the park, which is the walking ducks on the frozen lake, which is really fun to watch. And it is also a pathetic scene for them to stay on the ice, and they are not getting the water to swim. In conclusion, the overall experience in the park was a great one in the winter, which I love to explore.

I hope you like these fantastic views of the white beauty in the forest area of the Eastern Suburbs Wetland Park of the Shunyi District in the Beijing municipal area, after the first snowfall in the city with amazing natural beauty. The beauty of winter in the afternoon in the area is one of the best scenic views that can be explored with the bright sun in the sky over the white snow-covered water. And the blue sky reflected on the white snow everywhere made the scenery more attractive, making it easier to enjoy time in nature. I am so pleased to enjoy such scenic views of the winter nature in this part of the city. If you have any queries, let me know in the comments, and I will do my best to answer them to the best of my knowledge.

Thanks a lot for your time and attention. I will catch up with you at the next one.

Wish you a great day!

All of these photos are my own property, and I have shot them.

I appreciate each of your posts related to this type of content. Wetlands are important spaces within an ecosystem, and the one you show us is an example of this.
Another thing I admire is the way you describe what you see along the way, which is essential for teachers or geography enthusiasts like me. Thank you for sharing. I continue to visit the Asian giant without actually being there. Have a great day. Cheers and best regards.
