2021 was for NFTs, who knows maybe next year it will be for blockchain based blogs, that would be great!

Also you reminded me that Dan is probably gonna go full rampage on marketing with 2 products launching like that. Q1 gonna be wild.

I would say it depends upon when the SPKNetwork is operational. I also dont know when Ragnarok is going live.

I guess we will get details soon.

I am interesting in seeing whether or not all the points you mention does cause a short-squeeze on the price of HIVE. We just need more applications and I wonder if we can get a few more Splinterlands type applications putting a strain on RCs.

The change in RC will be very interesting. Will it start to increase the purchase of HIVE knowing that it will have value that way also.

Hearing you speak about project rollout, scaling, 3Speak, Ragnarok, HBD, and resource credits, I now feel that I am not that late anymore as to the current trends on Hive. At first, these terms are foreign to me. But now they are making a lot of sense to me. Thanks!

It is still very early in the game. We are just getting started.

Do not forget, the blockchain is only 21 months old. Still just a baby.

Great points of view and having evolutionary releases of new apps and features coming to Hive I think is more healthy than just booming once and then silent. That will allow us to grow the communities from here as well and embed the new dapps within to make the members stronger and more influential.

Yeah Hive certainly is not benefitting from some hype cycle. The success of Hive is going to depend upon the development that takes place. There is no way around that.

In the long run, it is what will translate into enormous wealth generation across the entire ecosystem.

All great points in your forecast.

I want to see what projects start using Dlux and in what way next year, besides what you mentioned.

(Edited)

I really had to laugh a little when you talked about 'project blank'. The Leo App is still not in the App Store for me (Germany), patience is key.

Social Web3, which HIVE DApps will be a big part of, will come slow slow slow slow slow, and then all of a sudden. I don't see that really starting before mid-2022 and who knows when the SUDDEN will occur. #KeppBuilding #hodl

That sucks about the mobile application. Is there a way around it? Cant a different location be tapped into to download the application?

Just thinking out loud here.

They need to see you as an trustworthy entity. I don’t know of a shortcut without a third entity as publisher. Also a VPN doesn’t do the trick.

I might try to change my Apple IDs location, hopefully nothing breaks.

Summary:
Task discusses his predictions and forecasts for the future of Hive in 2022. He touches on various projects and developments within the Hive ecosystem, such as Project Blank, scaling initiatives by BlockTrades, the speed network, Ragnarok, HPD (Hiveback dollar), resource credit delegations, and the potential price movement of Hive. Task reflects on potential growth, developments in games like Splinterlands and Exode, the Hive application framework, and the overall expanding landscape of the Hive blockchain.

Detailed Article:
As Taskmaster 4450 looks towards the future of Hive in 2022, he shares a series of forecasts and predictions that could shape the direction of the platform. He starts by emphasizing the impact of Project Blank, likening it to a transformative development for Hive. Project Blank is described as a Web3 application that integrates with popular platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Google, potentially bringing a 'Twitter on the blockchain' concept to life. This integration could lead to a surge in blockchain activities due to increased user participation.

Moving on to the scalability of Hive, Task turns to insights from BlockTrades, suggesting that upcoming scaling solutions could propel Hive to new levels of volume and efficiency. He mentions how developments like the speed network are expected to evolve during the year, albeit with effects possibly becoming visible in the latter half of 2022. The gradual progress in these areas, combined with the upcoming snapshot and claim drops, points towards significant advancements in Hive’s ecosystem.

Task highlights his excitement about Ragnarok, particularly due to the involvement of 'they call me Dan', indicating potential for substantial development in this project. He also delves into the area of stablecoins, specifically HPD (Hiveback dollar), praising its progress in stabilizing its price range and foreseeing further advancements in 2022. The concept of Hive bonds is introduced as a supportive mechanism for HPD, offering additional potential for growth and stability within the Hive ecosystem.

Resource credit delegations are positioned as a game-changer by Task, as they are expected to enhance on-chain activities and empower various applications within the Hive community. This delegation system could lead to more efficient resource utilization and introduce innovative ways for users to generate returns through their contributions to the network. Task sees HPD as a pivotal player in Hive's future growth, particularly in the second half of 2022, projecting a positive trajectory.

Moreover, Taskmaster 4450 emphasizes the organic and decentralized nature of Hive's development, illustrating its potential for unpredictable yet dynamic growth. He expresses optimism towards Hive's market performance, citing a potential 'short squeeze' effect driven by increased use cases, resource credit requirements, and community integrations. Task believes that Hive's value will experience a significant increase by the end of 2022, attributing this projected growth to a culmination of interconnected developments and expanding utility within the ecosystem.

In conclusion, Task encourages feedback and further insights from the community, underscoring the collaborative and innovative spirit that underpins the Hive blockchain. His comprehensive analysis and projections offer a glimpse into the exciting possibilities and advancements that could shape the trajectory of Hive in the coming year.
