In this video I discuss how we have two that are forming, one just announced this week, which will have an impact upon the future of Hive.

Hive will definitely set the benchmark and standard for the future for other projects that might want to rise up. It is just a matter of time

I read post from leofinance regarding this. That's good news, really good news to me. We can now swap Leo for Bitcoin and others - that is very good for hive.

Leo connecting to the Maya platform and can be exchanged to other L1 coins. That would made $HIVE easily accessible.

I have always considered Hive to be similar to an island. It is difficult to move assets in and out of it. I usually use Binance to do so. But with these new options, Hive will be even more accessible now.

Ever since Blocktrades kicked us out I've been using the Hive Engine to move small amounts in using swap.btc and swap.ltc. The liquidity is pretty low (around 200K I think) but works good for small amounts. It is nice to see another alternative become available, I'll have to check out MAYA. I hope this is just the beginning and a whole lot more building is going on...

Task compares the liquidity challenge with penny stocks and major stocks, highlighting the significance of liquidity for attracting investments. He also talks about Leo's initiative to bridge Hive with Maya protocol, enabling users to swap Hive for other major cryptocurrencies, which could potentially improve liquidity for Hive.

Detailed Article:
Task discusses Hive and its challenge of liquidity, noting the importance of being able to trade the coin easily. He mentions the announcement by LeoFinance about listing the Leo coin token on the Maya protocol DEX, indicating a significant development for Hive's liquidity. Task stresses the necessity for an asset to have liquidity to attract market interest and investment.

He criticizes projects that focus on token burns and lockups without adding value to the coin, highlighting the importance of real-world utility for a token's value. Task explains that Tesla's test with Bitcoin showcased the importance of liquidity, as investors need to know they can enter and exit a market easily.

Task discusses the difficulties users face in trading Hive, particularly the challenges faced by those outside the United States. He praises Leo's move to bridge Hive with major cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDC through the Maya protocol DEX. He anticipates that this development could increase interest in Hive due to improved liquidity.

The comparison with Binance Smart Chain (BSC) is made, with Task explaining that BSC offers various opportunities beyond just financial transactions, such as NFTs and smart contracts. He emphasizes the need for network effects and value creation in projects like Hive, stating that liquidity enhancements are just one step in the right direction.

Task acknowledges the uncertain success of these developments but shows optimism with Leo's commitment to funding the liquidity pool with $100,000. He emphasizes the need for deeper liquidity and gradual steps towards improving Hive's market presence. Task also touches upon the revenue requirements for listings on major exchanges like Binance, suggesting that smaller projects like Hive should focus on building value rather than rushing into listings.

In conclusion, Task sees the collaboration between Leo, Hive, and Maya protocol as a positive step towards enhancing Hive's liquidity and visibility in the cryptocurrency market, emphasizing the importance of incremental progress and value creation in building sustainable projects.
