Hive Having Hundreds of Apps As The Feeder System

▶️ Watch on 3Speak

We often talk about the idea of having an application that onboards tens of thousands of users. This is a great thing to have happen. However, lets look at things a bit differently.

In this video I discuss how the Hive feeder system can number into the hundreds. Because of that, we could see each getting a couple people a day. If we looka that over time, we realize how much things can grow.

I agree and it's more realistic as well. There will be people with different interests and not all applications will be concerned with specific applications. The numbers all add up and it doesn't matter if it is one or many applications doing so.

The speaker advocates for different apps attracting users with diverse interests, such as gaming, finance, photography, and art, to contribute to the growth of the Hive community.

Detailed Article:
The video revolves around the concept of a feeder system into Hive, focusing on the idea of decentralization and the importance of multiple projects bringing in new users. The speaker points out that while onboarding is crucial for Hive's growth, there is a need for improvement in this area. He mentions a past example of SpunnerLands rapidly onboarding accounts, although most turned out to be bots and did not significantly impact Hive during the bear market.

The speaker stresses the significance of a decentralized feeder system, advocating for a collective effort by various projects to attract users to Hive. He lists several projects like LeoFinance, CTP, Cybrex, Rising Star, SPK Network, 3Speak, and others, highlighting the potential of these applications to onboard users. By having multiple apps onboard a smaller number of users daily, he explains how this cumulative effect can lead to a substantial increase in active users over time.

Furthermore, the speaker encourages projects to focus on nurturing new users and expanding their communities to ensure sustainable growth. He emphasizes the need for projects to act like businesses, analyzing growth rates, metrics, and community expansion. By diversifying the interests of new users entering through different applications like gaming, finance, art, music, and fitness, the speaker envisions a vibrant and growing ecosystem within Hive.

In conclusion, the video underscores the power of collaboration among various projects to drive user adoption and engagement within the Hive blockchain.
