Foto-danza / Photo-dance [ESP/ENG]

Cuando empecé en la fotografía, fotografiaba cualquier cosa, incluso una simple piedra. Creo que es una etapa común para la mayoría de los fotógrafos. Sin embargo, mi interés por la fotografía creció aún más cuando tuve la oportunidad de combinarla con la danza. Fue ahí cuando me enamoré de verdad de mi cámara. Desde entonces, intento capturar cada detalle de la escena, incluidos los colores, las luces y la atmósfera mágica que se crea en el escenario.

When I first started practicing photography, I would photograph anything, even a simple stone. I think this is a common stage for most photographers. However, my interest in photography grew even more when I had the opportunity to combine it with dance. That's when I really fell in love with my camera. Since then, I try to capture every detail of the scene, including the colors, the lights and the magical atmosphere that is created on stage.

Cuando se apagan las luces, me preparo cámara en mano y miro la obra a través del visor. Intento no perderme ningún detalle y mantener la concentración. Me resulta fácil anticiparme a cada movimiento del bailarín, saber cuándo va a saltar, girar o hacer algo espectacular. Mi cámara se mueve con ellos, para intentar captar la toma perfecta. Este tipo de fotografía me produce una inmensa adrenalina, ya que sé que si me pierdo el momento adecuado, no se volverá a repetir.

When the lights go out, I get my camera ready and look at the work through the viewfinder. I try not to miss any detail and stay focused. It's easy for me to anticipate every movement of the dancer, to know when they are going to jump, turn or do something spectacular. My camera moves with them, trying to capture the perfect shot. This type of photography gives me an immense adrenaline rush, because I know that if I miss the right moment, it won't happen again.
