Fall colors

Fall colors

And another post from my visit to Buttonwood Park recently, when Lulu had a couple of good night’s although I feel she is improving and the bruising is fading a little she still is struggling and not sleeping well so I haven’t been for another walk since so not really a Wednesday walk post but sharing it today anyway

These are again all with my new Tamron 50-400 lens and again I was very happy with how it performed, and even happier to have a short walk out getting some fresh air even if a very short walk a 5 minute drive to the pond, a 20 Minute walk snapping away and back home before she woke up :)

I think the colors are close to peak and looked beautiful

more of the lovely warm fall colors, normally I would have switched to one of my wide lens at this spot, but stuck with this lens since I was testing it out, over the pond some wider shots would have been nice, but being limited at 50mm wasnt to bad

and another view from another spot around the pond, it is a spot i love, but its not often I have bene there mid morning I am mostly there early morning around or just after the sunrise

And I do love this tree on the little island in the middle of the pond, I always feel the need to take shots of it when I visit this pond, I love it any time of year, but it looks so nice at this time of year with the lovely fall colors

and some more colors to finish off the post

Happy #WednesdayWalk 🙂 We are counting this even if it wasn't a Wednesday. Great colors and reflections. That willow in the middle of the lake is very picturesque. Progress is sometimes slow but progress is still progress 👍

How are you dear friend @tattoodjay good day
It's good that his wife has had some improvement and she is sleeping a little better.
Walks are always great, even if it's only five minutes
Beautiful shots, I love its vivid colors

The Buttonwood Park is really a good place to visit, especially when you just want to have a peace of mind and enjoy the surrounding nature. The best highlight for me would be the the tree in the middle of the water, it was so cool though. You can interpret it in many ways.

Good the bruising etc. is reducing but I can imagine she still has trouble sleeping. Hope soon a turning point comes and her pain goes away. Do take care and all the best wishes for your wife 🍀🍀🍀🍀

my two "go to" lenses: Walking around is my Tamron 35-270mm
and my Landscape/Scenic is my 11-16mm super wide, Tokina

Sometimes, I even stitch two of the superwides, to make a really wide Pano!

That lens is wonderful, am so loving the bright vivid pictures you captured. The fall colours look quite amazing in all the pictures amid the blue sky. I am glad that you got the chance to go out, catch some fresh air and vitamin D. Thank you for the update on Lulu, every small progress is a win on the journey to recovery. Wishing both of you the very best as we get into Thursday :}
