Friday a visit to the zoo

Friday a visit to the zoo

Feeling fairly good this morning, going to be cautious what I eat today as I do not want another flare up or blockage, the Drs talked about my diet and seemed to think I was eating OK and that wasnt the root cause, just unlucky that the scarrign from previous surgeries was catchig and blocking me up occassionally, which apparent after having color removal surgery can be common, some are lucky and have no issues, some may have issues every few years, and then theres me every few months, but hey thinking positive and mayby I will slip into the not so often group :)

Sharing a few shots from a visit to the Zoo, all be it last year, Mother nature is really teasing me this year, the days it has been moderately warmer around sunrise, and I could have headed out for a walk I have had something on such as Monday when it was 45F around sunrise, but I had my yearly colonoscopy that morning, so the only going out was to the clinic, but then today when I have nothing on and up early as usual its currently 28F with a real feel of 22 and far to cold for me to head out lOL

But soon I will be out and about, I know I keep saying that but I have to be right about that one day :)

I do enjoy visiting the little Zoo here, even though I wish that had more space for all the animals there, from what I have seen of the staff there, they are all dedicated and do a great job looking after all the animals

Starting with a shot of a beaver, mostly they are sitting off to the side of their enclosure and hard to catch shots of, but I have been lucky enough to be there as they were being feed a couple of times, where they become less shy and are cool to watch

Next up a deer sitting under the shade of a tree on a warm summer's day, just taking it easy chilling, relaxing, and watching the world go buy, or maybe watching the visitors go buy.
Makes me wonder do the animals watch the people come by visiting the zoo and they watch us as much as we watch them, maybe they hang out when the zoo closes and laugh about the people they saw that day

The Bears are almost always active when I go there running around their enclosure and having fun

I love otters. They are the absolute best. That's what I thought that beaver was at first until I read the text. Pretty cute as well honestly! My wife and I are heading to a zoo next weekend. It's going to be a bit different of a trip though. I hope to get some good photos.

Quite hilarious!😀 Well, I guess so too. After all, they have brains just like humans and think in their own ways.

Zoos are beautiful places to visit and reflect on God's amazing creation.

Thanks for sharing!

That thought about animals watching us and laughing after the zoo closes is brilliant! 😂 The deer in your photo really does look like it’s judging the passersby. 🦌 Amazing shots as always—the detail you get with that Sony A7iv is just next level. Hope the weather warms up soon so you can get back out! 🙌
