An early morning walk at Jones Park Dartmouth MA

Good Morning TGIF, have a good day and weekend

Recently, I took a nice walk early morning as usual, at Jones Park and Beach in Dartmouth MA

It's quite close, literally right near the border between New Bedford and Dartmouth and a spot I had not visited for a while

As usual I got there early during the blue hour well before sunrise, and started off on the beach, and spent a bit of time there through sunrise, but before I left, I thought I had shared shots of the beach often, but not so much shown what else is in the park so took some other shots a few of which I will share today.

As well as the beach which is pretty nice and sandy and I am sure very popular in summer, it does have a large green area , I think the park covers about 2 acres.

Now I am one who when I visit there, am walking all the time taking photos, heck even if I went there with family, I will admit I am hyper, and probably would still be getting up and walking around most of the time lOL

But for those who like to sit and relax, it does have a few benches spread around the park

and for the young kids it has a good sized playground
, being early morning it was empty so I could safluy take a photo of it

a warning sign on a building saying no Lifeguards on duty, I know they do have lifeguard towers there in summer, so I guess that sign will come down when the lifeguards are on duty

and this is the view from where I parked my car over a large grene field which I think also has a baseball field, and the last shot I took that morning

It's got to be nice that the weather is cooperating for those morning walks in the morning blue. That's my favorite time of day, there really nothing is anything quite like it! That is a nice area away from the beach as well, playgrounds, ball fields, and a lot of open spaces. The sky is beautiful in that last shot even though sunrise has come and gone.

How's your health holding up? Still using that exercise bike even though you're out on those daily walks now?

OHh yeah I love the early morning so peaceful and calm, and with the hot weather recently and high UV levels during the day, its the best time to be out and about

I hope I am not tempting fate by saying this but i am doing well, am watching my diet and keeping to low fiber and along with Miralax every day things seem to be moving well and havent had a full blockage recently so hope I can stick to that

The exercise bike is a bone of contention between me and the wife, she thinks its bothers my stomach and leads to the blowel blockages I have had so wants me to stay off it, I have reluctantly agreed but think its not an issue, mind you with the nice weather it hasnt bene an issue been out for lots of walks
