Looking up in NYC ---VERTIGO Warning--

Looking up in NYC

Digging back into my Lightroom folders from back when I worked in and did many walks around NYC.

Now I do apologize for anyone who suffers from Vertigo you may not want to scroll down and look at this photos as I know photos like these looking up tall buildings can make some feel uncomfortable.

In fact that may be why I never shared these particular photos before, I used to take many looking up photos in the city but would not share them to often

Now I do not remember off hand where all these photos were taken and since I used to walk all over the city they could be anywhere in some cases, but if I do know I will say where it is

I am a country boy at heart, and to be honest I never enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the city, but I did enjoy my early morning walks when not many people were out and about and being amazed by all the tall buildings

This next one I do remember but almost temped to not mention it to avoid any political comments, but what the heck, this is looking up Trump World Tower on First Ave

Now this next building is not far down 1st ave from Trump World Tower but I forget the name of it

With the Cameras in view it makes me think of the saying Big Brother is watching

I may be wrong but I think this shot is taken of one of the new buildings at the time going up in the Hudson Yards area of the city, I liked the contrast
of old and new buildings in this shot

This next shot is taken from in Central park of the Eldorado Towers

And that’s all folks

Wow these buildings are like pathways to the sky. By looking up, the sky seems so near.

Impresionantes fotografías 👌. La verdad me daría mucho miedo estar en lo alto de uno de estos edificios.😅

I have to admit, I like the old and new mixed together. It is always an interesting architectural mix when I see it.

I do miss the mornings spent wandering the city, wondering where you will show up next. I really missed watching Harlem transform from one of the toughest sections to an influential monied area.

Thank you for taking us along. It was a lot of fun today! I hope you are having a great weekend!

I think that is what caught my eye the most when walking around NYC the mix of old and new they style and class of the older buildings and each of the new ones trying to out do the others

The photos are super cool and the

Eldorado Towers

Caught my attention and the feeling of visiting the place popped up. Since I can't get there now, the photos tells me more about the beautiful places in the world.

These towers are really beautiful. But I don't think it bothers me to see such pictures. Rotational movements bother me more. From your beautiful photos, it can be guessed that he liked crowds. so amazing

Buildings in Dubai makes us feel like we are already up on the Sky. This reminds me of my visit to the Twin Towers just a week before it's collapse and that was my first time going to that height in any building. It was scary and exciting and then such a sad incident happened. These are some crazy tall buildings.
