Keeping with my habit ( until I run out of photos) on Saturdays of sharing photos I took at some of the car shows I visited this year.
And this week I continue with shots from a 60s themed night car cruise in Downtown New Bedford one Friday evening.
For this week I selected a series of shots of cars I would describe as sleek
Starting with this corvette

I used to dream of owning a nice powerful sleek and low to the ground car, but I must admit with both my age and my wives age a few years ago when I friend of ours who had a hmm complete brain fade I forget what he owned at the moment but it was nice and low to the ground, and my knees and my wives back let us know they really did not like getting into it, so were happy now with our SUV which is easy to get in and out of.
But that said I still enjoy seeing and admiring cars like the ones I share here today

Now I cannot say for sure it was this guy, but i did see one guy getting out of his car, and seemed to find it hard, which reaffirmed my idea there not for us

and a racy red one, dang why did I say the theme was sleek seems its all Corvettes

Like I said there was quite a few of them line dup on one of the blocks

I have to agree with you on the SUV. I might get into a low car, but, getting out would be a different story, lol. I think the look of the old classic corvette is stunning compared to today's.

The green Corvette has my heart forever! I dream to the day when I'll be able to drive one of these as I absolutely love Corvette cars. I managed to see some classic models of the brand too but never those super sport ones!

Cool. I think every kid wanted a Corvette at sometime growing up 😊 I love the old ones the 56? light blue convertible is awesome. I also like the Stingray's from the early 70s. Damn I'm getting old lol
