RE: Friday An early morning walk at Jones Park Dartmouth MA

OHh yeah I love the early morning so peaceful and calm, and with the hot weather recently and high UV levels during the day, its the best time to be out and about

I hope I am not tempting fate by saying this but i am doing well, am watching my diet and keeping to low fiber and along with Miralax every day things seem to be moving well and havent had a full blockage recently so hope I can stick to that

The exercise bike is a bone of contention between me and the wife, she thinks its bothers my stomach and leads to the blowel blockages I have had so wants me to stay off it, I have reluctantly agreed but think its not an issue, mind you with the nice weather it hasnt bene an issue been out for lots of walks
