Saturday, a few photos from recent walks
Saturday, a few photos from recent walks
Well, another rainy morning, so yet to get out for a new walk,
but the plus is it has given me some time to catch up on editing photos, and I did manage to get plenty edited, and I had a few I was thinking of sharing today, but I couldn't decide which ones of this set to share no and which to save later, so in the end I decided to share all of them now, so here goes.
One of the spots I got a walk-in one day was Heritage State Park. Whenever I go there, especially early morning when it's still fairly dark, is this building which houses an old Carousel; I just think it looks so cool, especially with reflections in the water.

Next up was a morning I did a visit to Fort Phoenix State park in Fairhaven, and when I saw this commercial boat coming past the lighthouse I had to catch a shot

Now these next to are at the train Station here in New Bedford, in fact the same photo one in B&W

and one in color, normally when I try both options for one photo one is a favorite and I do not share the other,
But I decided to today and mam Curious for those who read this far, which one do you prefer?

and t finish off this is the Bus Station downtown, I went for B&W as so many have said that can be a dangerous area, and to be careful, so I thought it looked moodier in B&W

Hello, dear friend @tattoodjay.
I'm so sorry the weather prevented today's walks, but the good news is you were able to edit many photos.

Really like the shots of the doors and entryways to those older houses. Love older houses that have been kept. They have such style and class.
OHh yes I love when old historic houses are maintained and the history preserved
Cool collection of shots. My favorite is the carousel with the reflections. I like the B&W train station. Feels retro. The colors are an effort to make it feel modern but in my mind all train stations are retro haha

Good morning, Mr. @tattoodjay.
It's a shame the rain ruined today's plans. Don't worry, the weather will improve soon, and you'll be able to go out and enjoy those beautiful photo walks.

That first shot is eye catching. Was the building under a motorway bridge?
Thanks kindly your support is appreciated
Yes indeed it is under the Braga Bridge
Have a great day
Interesting it reminded me of the church in New York. I think it's st.patricks. Tiny church surrounded by skyscrapers.
