Sublime and Beautiful Sunday Signs of spring by the pond
Sublime and Beautiful Sunday Signs of spring by the pond
This post is for #SublimeSunday is inspired by @c0ff33a and #BeautifulSunday is initiated by @ace108.
For today I am sharing some shots of a walk in BUttonwood Park, and specically by the pond and signs of spring i saw on a recent walk there.
Now I have bene a bit frustrated, we had 4 nice days early morning where the temp was good for me to head out for early morning walks, then the weather turned and i hadnt bene able to get out for walks, seemed the odd days when the temp was good for me it was raining, so I did head out for a couple of day time walks this past week one of them being at Buttonwood park, which did help me from going stir crazy.
But perhaps I was a bit stir crazy as I noticed I was using an aperture of F13 for most of these shots, which I shouldnt have, there was no need for it, for the ducks I could have stepped it down a lot and even for the scenes over the pond f* would have been fine.
But ohh well I think the shots came out OK
Speaking of Ducks a sign of spring I saw was a few duckling including this one

Aren't they so cute when young
and a shot looking across the pond, more greens coming out and a splash of color in one tree

Walking around the pond I saw this view with even more delightful spring colors

Luckily for the first and this last shot, I had a longer lens with me the tamron 50-400mm to get the shots of the ducklings

And that’s all folks

There is so much beauty in spring, evident in the landscape, the colours and the birds. Those lovely little ducklings are proof of that. And although the weather was only nice for a short while, you managed to make the most of it. You have to be careful on cold days, but also when it rains. Spring days can be a bit of a mixed bag.
I hope there will soon be more lovely days and many more walks through those enchanting natural spots. I loved both the ducks and the reflections on the pond. Have a lovely Sunday, big hugs!!🤗

STOPI completely understand the frustration with the weather—it's so annoying when the temperature is perfect but the rain ruins your morning routine! I'm glad you managed to slip out for a daytime walk at Buttonwood Park anyway. It definitely looks like it did the trick to help you clear your head.
I can't complain this past week we have had some nice days I have got out for walks the last 4 or 5 days :)
