Sunrise on East Beach

I know I have been somewhat frustrated that after the blood loss I had recently and low Iron and other levels in my blood making me feel run down, and reading it can take about a month for the feelings of fatigue to start going away, I have bene trying to look for a more positive side of all this, and one is I did loose 7 Pounds through only eating liquids for 3 days, and have even lost another couple of pounds since then, and I needed to loose weight so that is a plus.

Another one is I have bene looking through my photos from last year, particularly at photos I had taken with 3 shots at different exposures to merge together as HDR images and working through those, some I may have never got around to such as these shots taken on an early morning walk on East beach here in New Bedford Last year, and what a glorious sunrise mother nature gave us that morning.

I say these shots are taken at East beach, but some of them including this first images are taken on a green area beside the beach, there are a couple of benches one can sit and relax on and enjoy the view if they want

in the last shot you could see the rock wall, now I am standing on it looking out over the water

Wow, these colours are awesome, JJ, I could sit for hours in front of the second image or on the bench in the first image ... if I wasn't so very imaptient, of course 😉

Thanks, I had a small procedure that seemed to go well but then I developed internal bleedign which stopped after a few days but still lost a lot of blood

Wow, those are beautiful! I like the fact that you did it all manually (for the most part). It's easy to forget everything that goes into those HDR photos that our phones dump out for us these days. I hope you get your energy back soon! Congrats on the weight loss. I need some of that too, but I don't want to do it the way you did! :)

NO I dont recommend my way for loosing weight LOL
I have a Drs appointment next week and will ask for a blood test to see how my levels are doing, being patient and giving my body time to heal is not a strong point of mine LO

Yes, that is a good thing. My dad had some low iron issues last year and I know it took a lot out of him.

I used to always be impressed how quick I could bounce back from things, I guess this is teaching me I am not as young as I used to be LOL

I am being sensible, which is a struggle for me LOL
Feeling a little better the last day or so, so hopefully my energy levels are building up I am so tempted to grab my camera bag and head out for a walk, but know I should give it a little longer
