Whaling city festival Car show Part 6 Last of this show

This is part 6 of me sharing shots of some of the cars at the whaling City Car and Bike show, and some may be glad to hear that its the last of this series, but some may on the other hand be glad to hear its not the last of my posts of cars, I attended another show hosted by the Legendary Hot Rod Club which was held at Livesey Park in Fairhaven MA.

So for those who enjoy seeing bikes cars and trucks more will be coming now and again, I haven't decided yet if I will keep it as a Monday series or not.

As I have said before I do like seeing old cars and some I do recognize the make and model, but most I don't and since I have got it wrong a few time sin previous posts in this series I wont try and guess what each car is.
I know this one is a 350 Chevy from the info board

OK this one I do know is a Corvette a car I dreamed of owning one day when I was younger, I never did own one, and with me and my wife getting shall I say less younger, getting into a car this low is not as easy as it used to be so I have n plans to ever get one.

I agree I think best of show goes to the Studebaker. Your comment about "from the raised section on the bonnet I gather this is a powerful beast" reminded me of my brother's car in high school. It was a 76 Nova with the backend jacked up, fancy mag wheels, and a good paint job. Everyone assumed it was a fast car and wanted to race him but he had a tiny 250 cu in 6 cylinder engine and it was kind of a slug 🤣

That was a great car show! I haven't seen one before. Yet it looks really cool seeing different cars in one place.

The first one looks like a Nova or a Camaro to me. I don't really know cars like some people do. Awesome shots. This looks like it was a really cool show! We have one near me, but I haven't been to it in a long time. Actually, I think this was the first year they had it again after Covid.

Good afternoon @tattoodjay!

Awesome car show. They really are preserved like collector cars.

Also the environment you chose to make the exhibition collaborates in a good way with the aesthetics of the photos.

Always sharing such nice poestals!

Big hug! Have a great day!

They're just too gorgeous.

I'd consider actually getting a full time job for a while in exchange for the black Chevy 350 (first pic).

Consider - not actually get one. Been there and it was too tough to break free!

But that is a real beauty!

As I have said before I do like seeing old cars

I kind of have this thing too but maybe not with cars. Mine is relative to clothes, songs, even movies. I like to have or watch mine when the whole hype and gloss is no longer on it. And I can do them in piece.😁

That beast-y looking car must have a powerful engine. I think that bulge on the bonnet must bean added components to the engine or the huge exhaust.

All in all, I find your pictures fascinating due to the fact that the colours all stood out from the car colours to the surrounding nature!
