First post in the community - Horizon Forbidden West

Hello and greeting everyone. I hope that all of you are doing great. This is my first post in the community plus after my "inactivity" in the blockchain for few weeks because of real life commitment, I am happy that I found this community where I can share beautiful moments inside games that I played. I am a photographer my self and I often took screen shoot inside games that I played and shared it to my friends, and of course to enjoy the amazing concept and artwork that the developer had created.

Today I want to share an amazing shoot form the Horizon Forbidden West. All of the shoot was taken from the early stage of the game as I just started to play the game.

This is the opening screen of the game.

This photo was taken during the starting cut scene, it shows a normal animal that still lives on the planet. The universe in this game was, the living things had to coexist with robots and artificial being. So this shoot was showing that the planet still have real organic living thigs despite of the increasing amount of artificial being.

Luckily the game had photography mode while watching the cutscene, I managed to get some of the shoot from the cutscene but it still restricted to move the camera freely. I am absolutely amazed by the details that they put into the environment, with all the lighting and the fog.

This is one of the artificial being living on the planet. I am not sure if this was a hostile group of artificial being but judging by the color of their one eye, I can say this is a neutral group of machines.

Not only ground machines that exist on the planet. Flying machines also exist and plays a major role on the ecosystem. I still have not encounter any flying machine during my gameplays and I am very excited and looks forward to it.

This is the starting area on the game. An amazing landscape with the river and waterfalls. No machines in the area only some berry that being used to "heal" the injury.

After exiting to the right side of the first area, I arrived to this amazing place. There is this abandon stairs on the left and if you can see on the center of the photo, there is some area like an island in the middle of the river, one machine had died, and I have to investigate the machine.

Another look from the side. The area was filled with lots of plants and roots. Some of the roots was used to make weapon and other tools.

This is the machine that I saw earlier from the top. It was attacked and it was killed. Bow and arrows was used to kill this machine. Still mysterious machine that I had no info and data. Judging by its look, It was killed to harvest some of its part. After I am done with the investigation, I took some of my time to take some photos with Aloy, the main character of the game.

The beautiful scenery and lighting is just too good to be skipped without a photos.

I asked Aloy to sit near the stairs while looking into the river. I took several shoot before deciding this was one of the best angle for the shoot. It was plain shoot but I love the scenery on this shoot.

This second shoot I took just below the stairs with Aloy standing and showing another friend of her on the shoot. The cloud was not that good because I think during that time it was going to rain. The God's ray is just amazing.

I took a portrait shoot of both of them with the ray from behind. I like the shoot only that the weather was not that amazing during that time. I had to ask Aloy to go to another spot for shoot. This time I took only Aloy's portrait.

I asked her to lay down on the grass and do a pose. I took the photo from a low angle with a wide lens to show the environment on the back. One of my favorite shoot too. After that I asked Aloy to do some winning pose standing in front of the waterfall. The shoot turns out amazing.

And this is a close up portrait of Aloy. I asked her to sit on the rock in the middle of the lake/river and while she sitand adjusting her pose, I took portrait shoots of her, with the rays shining on her back and the cliff as her background. I love this shoot so much. Aloy's expression was great.

I ended the photo session with this last photo and stop our journey for today.
