Hello and hi everyone in the black and white community. Today I want to share another black and white studio portraiture series. This is Aishi, she is the new model recruited from last year into the company. She went to the model recruitment interview made by the company during last year's model recruitment season.

This was my first studio photoshoot that I have done with her before she joined the company. This photoshoot session was organized by one of my photographer friend. I was invited for the photoshoot. At first after looking on how Aishi perform on her posing and her face expression, I could tell that she already had the confidence for photoshoot. The only thing that she can or need to improve more was on her posing and face expression "vocabulary".

Overall this photoshoot was a great experience for me. And now she already joined the company, I can arrange in house photoshoot for her. I hope to see her growth while she still with the company and I hope that I can get more of her photos and add more into her portfolios as well.
