found this liketu from seeing your post (was on hive.blog) before i kinda like this! :) also following you because totally into homestead life -- what's the name of those big tubs you have with the screw on top. i wanna look for them locally. many thanks!

The tubs are 5 gallon buckets but they are labeled as food grade so you'll want to take note of that. The lids are what are called gamma lids and can be ordered online and often found at some local stores. The gamma lids have two parts one that goes on to the bucket with a rubber gasket and the other is the spin top to create the air tight seal.
