Working late nights. Mazda BT-50 Gearbox removal: Time-lapse

Hi there Hivers

Working late nights can be frustrating but it can also be more than rewarding in the long run. More than often it's something that you have to do, but for me it's more of an I want to.

We have an immense back log at work with over 60 vehicles that have to be finished, ofcourse there is really no deadline on them but obviously the sooner the better, me and my employer decided to rake in some extra hours this week. Yes he is grafting with me also breaking his back WITH me.

Besides getting the work done working late nights is also very benificial to me. I say this because I am still untrained and unqualified in what I do, althoug I am making a very big succes of it the key factor is experience and experience cant be bought, experience derives from putting in hours and hours and well some more hours.

I am not working late to benefit my employer I am working late and putting in hours because I am slowly but surely building my future doing what I love to do, slowly but surely climbing the steps to success.

I am slowly but surely becoming the man I was meant to be.

Sharing my life experience on the Hive blockchain is a great pleasure for me to do, I have been on the hive blockchain since the days of steemit, I only recently rediscovered this blockchain and I completely forgot what a blast it was sharing my everyday life and its happenings with the blockchain and its community's. I want to give a big thanks to all of the supporters out there making the blockchain great and adding value to it everyday.

Once again your feedback would be highly valued and appreciated.

As long as the boss is a leader and suffer with you instead of just a boss, good enough, if you both did your best with extra hours and setting up cars, then is good enough :)

Hahaha those are some facts you're spilling... Nah I have a good leader on my side... And honestly I am greatfull for my work people... He is actually the big bosses son... But the big boss you know.. Well he is a old man in his sixties so its understandable that he doesn't job with us... But usually the bosses son they always think a lot about themselves... Im fortunate to have it the other way around... Couldn't ask for a better working environment!

Bosses thant only bark orders are the worse, so is good to know that the bussiness is on hands of someone that will inherit it and knows how to do it properly.
