Google Sets Countdown For Ethereum Merge.

So earlier today, I decided to check out the latest updates on the upcoming Ethereum Merge by searching on Google woth hopes that sotes with the latest news in the Merge would pop up and I'll do my reading. To my suprise, there was a countdown already set by Google for the event and to be honest, I was so impressed at Google's recognition of this event.

This is also quite interesting because we perhaps we'd be having a timer for other big events in the future like the upcoming Bitcoin Halving. Well, I learnt the reason for the countdown is because of the search global curiosity on Ethereum Merge which result in Google having an all time high for the search of "Ethereum Merge". The platform is also the world's first option when searching for crypto related matters and so this makes sense.

The Ethereum is the biggest event in the crypto space since the last Bitcoin halving and is regarded to be the biggest since Ethereum's creation. All eyes are currently on Vitalik Buterin, Ethereum and on cryptos with everyone anticipating the aftermath of the Merge. The likely effect of the merge on price of Ethereum and the entire crypto market are some of the most anticipated effects and this is because like Bitcoin, the Merge could cause a bull run or spike in price of Ethereum.

The Merge is to happen in three days and I'm seriously waiting to see what would happen afterwards. What are your thoughts on the countdown, Merge and likely effects on the market?
