Garden Updates: Let's Check My Babies in the Garden!!

Visiting the garden is always a pleasure for me. It makes me relaxed and happy. Whenever I see small flowers budding or even the vegetable growing, I'm usually filled with anticipation as to what's next... like, how big are they going to grow and I often look forward for the next harvest. haha

Our bonsai okra are blessing us with some harvest... we already cooked the two bigger ones yesterday and the smaller one is growing.

Papa also transferred the regular okra from the front yard to the garden beside our house. I haven't taken pictures of the changes yet, but I'd do so in the next update.

It's kind of flower season for most of our eggplants recently. It's quite exciting because what comes after these flowers are tiny eggplants that would continue growing a couple of weeks and then, it'd be harvest time again.

They don't bear a lot of eggplant since they're potted, but it's still nice to see them produce something.

From cute sprouts to seedlings. This is what our bitter melon or gourd plants look like now. They're so much bigger than last time. Papa already started preparing the place in which we're going to place them once they grow even bigger and started crawling as they're vines.

Lastly, the dwarf papaya is in dire need of transfer. haha We already prepared the makeshift big pots out of our huge water bottle. However, the person who we usually order good soil from is still busy, so he hasn't delivered the soil yet.

Once we receive the good soil we ordered, We're going to re-plant both the dwarf papaya and the bitter melon or gourd seedling. I am also in the process of drying some calamansi (Philippine lime) seeds, so I might as well plant them when the soil arrives.

We'll have more stuff to update in the coming days, so please look forward to them.

Thanks for checking out this post. See you next time! (^^,)/
