No Matter What Happens... Life Goes On (Philosophy Portrayed By a Tree)🥰🥰🥰

There's no other way to go but forward. Sure, we all face various challenges in life that somehow make us want to give up.

I have had those moments, but I always end up not giving in. I thought that it would be much better to face the challenge and move forward. Of course, it's okay to take a rest.

Pause when needed. That's for sure. But taking a rest or pausing doesn't mean we're giving up... We're just taking our time to organize our thoughts and weigh things before making a decision.

I know that life is short, so we must seize the day... But life also isn't a race, so we can either walk or run in our own pace. As long as we're alive, there's hope.

It's nice to have a positive outlook, but we must also be realistic in a way that we learn to accept things and move on instead of denying what has happened. We must also be realistic by working on our dreams or putting on effort to achieve it. Luck happens preparation meets opportunity. 😊

Perhaps you're wondering why I'm suddenly being philosophical and started talking about life. Well, it's simple... I just thought about these things while taking these pictures for the past several days. :)

This is the talisay tree we have in our front yard. Since I became interested in mobile photography, this particular tree has been one of my favorite subject to take photos of.

Now, how are these pictures related to life? Well, I didn't only capture the tree, but also its struggle after the typhoon and how it moved forward to a better tomorrow. Let's start the journey through these pictures.

December 17... The morning after the super Typhoon Odette. Our talisay tree, although lost most of its leaves remained standing. We must have lost some of our properties, but we're still alive.

December 24... The clouds were pretty and the tree is starting to get back some of its leaves. At the same time, we were continuously struggling with a positive outlook.

December 27... I took it at night. It was dark, but it continued to strive. Having no electricity was a struggle especially at night, but we didn't give up and tried to find beauty in it.

December 31... End of the year. The light at the end of the tunnel was seen. We didn't celebrate a dark new year... Our electricity came back... And out tree is almost as beautiful as it used to.

January 5.. the sky was gloomy, but our tree showed its beauty. Our life may face gloomy days, but because we've been through the dark, gloomy days aren't that bad. ☺️

Today... January 8. Our tree is as beautiful as it can be. The sky was perfect and the sun was bright. It seems so promising, so when we have these kinds of days, let's savor the moment! 🥰😍

See??? We may struggle and may even lost everything, but as long as we're alive... there's hope! We have the opportunity to move forward and do better.

I hope this simple post somehow inspired you. I'm really glad to share these pictures with you. I took them using my phone Realme 8 Pro and they're all unedited.

These may be simple pictures taken by a simple phone, but I hope you get the message. Thanks for checking this out! Until next time!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Such a beautiful reminder. We can't just be positive but also realistic. We can sometimes be in denial because we believe in positivity too much. I do believe that there is a limitation. The effort we put up is the same outcome we receive.

Yes... there can be harm in being too positive especially when you're not even trying. :)

That is quite a regeneration in photos. It's nice to read the story of this tree while also watching it recover and become lush again.
