Con un suspiro comienza la vida
reflejando esa hermosa capacidad de amar
con un suspiro una madre observa a su hijo
con el primer llanto
que siempre recordara

Con un suspiro se llena de fe
nuestro camino
y nos aferramos a luchar
un suspiro está lleno de existencia
lleno de bienestar.

Un suspiro es una mirada
quizás la contemplación
a un hermoso mar
un suspiro es un despertar
un soplo de amabilidad

Con un suspiro
se nos llena la vida
con un suspiro
tristemente se nos va…

¿Quién no ha sufrido?
y esconde en un suspiro su debilidad
¿quién no ha reído?
y en un suspiro manifiesta su felicidad.

Suspirar es vivir
suspirar es amar
suspirar es caerse y volverse a levantar
suspirar refleja regocijo
también refleja la tristeza en nuestro andar

Suspiros de esperanza
dan fortaleza a nuestra vida
dan resistencia a nuestro cuerpo
y enderezan nuestro caminar

Yo Suspiro por la vida
suspiro por cada soplo
suspiro por cada nuevo despertar
suspiro por mis ganas de existir
y de aferrarme a la felicidad.

Los suspiros en mi vida
siempre vienen y se van
algunos más difíciles que otros,
pero todos me enseñan a valorar

Valorar que estoy viva
valorar que puedo ser capaz de amar
y que, aunque a veces tenga dificultades
con un suspiro tomo fuerzas
y vuelvo a comenzar.
