One night after Elsie's mom had finished reading Elsie her favorite unicorn book, she kissed her goodnight, turned off the room lights and left.

Elsie wasn't feeling sleepy at all, she thought of owning a real life unicorn and it happened that Everytime she slept, she dreamt of having a unicorn. Elsie kept pondering on the story her mother just read to her as she fixed her gaze outside.

The sky was lit with the Celestial bodies illuminating the place and shining into her well decorated room. While she kept looking into the sky, she saw a shooting star. She immediately jumped out of bed to her window and made a wish to have a unicorn with tears in her eyes. Immediately she did, a star twinkled.

Elsie's night was made, she ran back to bed and lay peacefully smiling in her sleep till the next morning. She told her mother what happened at night but her mom just smiled and patted her head.

Back in the heavens where the unicorns lived, the unicorns had a serious war going on because of Little Elsie's wish. They couldn't say no to her because she was too adorable for her wish to be ignored.

The fight lasted for three days because no one wanted to go down the earth as they feared it was not gonna be nice. The king of the unicorns had to do something really fast before the war destroyed his kingdom. He casted a lot and whoever it fell on had no choice but to go down to earth for little Elsie. It was a decree from the king and every unicorn had to obey. The lot was casted and it fell on the baby unicorn.

Its mother cried for it but the baby unicorn was happy to go be with Elsie because Elsie was just as adorable as she was.

One night while Elsie slept, she dreamt that her unicorn had arrived. Not so long she woke up staring at the ceiling then there was a rainbow spark by her window which she rushed out of bed to check out. Her unicorn was there, a cute pink and white unicorn with a golden horn stood by her glass window. With her little hands she pushed the window open.

On her first attempt to touch the unicorn, it moved backwards but when she spoke, it lifted up its head and moved towards her stretched out arms. "It's okay baby, It's ok, I'll call you golden" she said in a low but hey sweet tone as she hugged it with passion.

That night Elsie couldn't sleep anymore she stayed up playing with her unicorn till it was morning and she drifted off to sleep with the unicorn in her arms. When the sun was fully up in the sky, her mom was surprised to not see her early birdie awake so she went to her room to check up on her to her surprise when she opened the door, the room sparked with glitters, it was even more beautiful than ever plus her daughter had a beautiful unicorn laying in bed with her.

She didn't know if she was supposed to scream but she didn't believe her eyes and pinched herself to be doubly sure that she wasn't dreaming and of course she wasn't dreaming there was a real life unicorn in bed with her daughter.

"Good morning Mommy" Elsie greeted out loud with joy in her little voice. She grabbed her unicorn and walked slowly to where her mother stood, slouching a little as she walked. "She looked up at her mother with golden curled up in her arms. She asked "can I keep her mommy" her eyes glimmering as the sky with a thousand stars at night.

"Of course, you can my love", her mother responded immediately and hugged her daughter who just got what she wished for.
