The insider!

In every family, department or institution there's always a Judas and that shit sucks for real.

There's been an issue with our last semester results and as a department we all kept going to the exams officer for rectification.

Each time we went to him, he would say he's busy and when he finally had the chance to give us listening ears and worked on the results, some people's results showed 0 of F and it was worth questioning because some very brilliant students' results reflected 0 of F as well.

This was a big burden on the ones who the result affected because they wanted to register for new courses and the last semester result if not rectified and properly uploaded was a big barricade.

As students, we have a departmental group where we speak our minds,vent anger and talk about things concerning the class. In this group, no lecturer is allowed due to the fact that sometimes we talk about them positively and negatively.

While the issue of the results was still on ground, students began ranting in the group. They said all forms of things concerning the examination officer and how he's not doing his job. Jovially, a student made a voice note suggesting that the exam officer be beaten up so that sense could return to his head and that was how we all got into trouble.

We didn't know we had an insider in the group as the person forwarded the voice note to the exam officer and the man got so pissed that he asked us to give in the culprit or he'd make sure that we all spend an extra year in school by failing us in the course he teaches.

There was silence in the group as we were all shocked and racking our brains as to who would have committed such treachery.

Some who were really scared of the consequences of what we had gotten ourselves into had to ask the culprit to go see the man. Luckily the culprit was a girl and we all crossed our fingers that he was going to forgive her if he learned that she was just joking.

We're yet to hear from the exam officer, though we also sent an apology letter as a department to him so he could have Mercy.

Whatever was said isn't enough reason to give everyone an extra year. As it stands, we're all very cautious of what we say on the group because we're yet to find out who the insider is!
