It is always said that knowledge is the key. Any man without a fundamental knowledge or education is not regarded as a normal person.. I was forced to talk about this just because of what I heard from a lecturer in my institution today. After hearing this, I was forced to share this to the general public. What is it I was told??

ABE(Agricultural biotechnology Engineering) is a borrowed course in my department and the reason is because I am an agricultural student so I deal with some part of the agricultural engineering too and this is why it is a borrowed course for me. When I got to the venue of the practical, we met the lecturer that was suppose to take us on this course and he told us that, this course was to take us for more that two weeks are we are to spend more time ensuring we do the practical and also we must go to the farm to work on some farming implements as an agricultural student..

Luck being on our side, they lecture had to speak on our behave just because the university are having some bad plans for the students especially because of the just concluded strike which has affected most students at home for more that 8 month.. He then spoke with the body of the university that he is not ready to add to the problems of the student that has already been stressed already. So he had to help us solve some of the problems we have so that no one will fail. For the practical we went for, we were made to see some manual machine that are used for farming, like the tractor the mould plough, disco plough, grinding machine and many others..

I will share some of the pictures of it for you all to see. Some of these machines are old machines but are still doing some great work when it comes to the time they are needed.. some of them are spoilt already which they need to be under a proper maintenance and we were also told some of the way to do some maintenance to it and also do some calculations on their working rate..

He said to us that he knew there has been lot of pressure on every students, especially now that Christmas is fast approaching and every student wants to go back home for holiday. He said according to his statement that if it was to be what the university wanted for all the students, no one would be able to accommodate the stress which he would have made us go through. He stated that it would be very easy for him, because he has a car that will convey him there and what about the student which do not have any means of commuting themselves to where ever the venue of the practical will be..

Education this days is now getting unbearable for most of all the students and we all are striving daily to ensure we get educated.. Having a better education is not for the weak but instead the strong in heart... After he must have said all of these, the whole students present were so happy and appreciative because they knew they won't be going through that much stress before going for their mid-semester break.. All thanks to those parent lecturers that have the haret of the student with theirs...
