Yes, I feel that ginger of making new year resolutions without properly highlighting how the last year even went is what makes the resolutions ephemeral. I have been in that stage where what I thought would last the year only managed to escape the first week of the year.

I guess many of us eventually come to that point where we realise that we really shouldn't get caught up in the drama and set things that really wouldn't work.
